If you are vegan, the food is not good.

The vegan dogs were really dry. The chili topping was beans and carrots and veggies...but instead of a nice rich stew, the seasoning brought out the worst parts of the vegetables flavor profile making it all sharp and bitter.

The fries were weird. Like seasoned or something and the consistency of them were tough and weird like the really cheap commercial fries that are reconstituted and full of oil. They were hot and crunchy fresh out of the frier but the consistency was just really weird and the flavor was bad and oily. I can't explain it. There is no way you can use a fresh potato and have it come out that way.

Worst is that this bad food was not cheap.

I ordered 2 dogs and fries and ate a couple bites of fries and just a couple bites of dogs after I scraped the bad tasting beans and carrots off. The dogs were dry and bad. I've had this brand before. There was no reason it needed to be over cooked this way.

I threw it all in the bin as it was super bad and not enjoyable. Terrible dinner.

If you are vegan don't bother going here. I know you are desperate for vegan food options in Toledo but just avoid this place.

The service was good. Drove through but they were...

Update at bottom: We recently moved up to Tecumseh Michigan and decided to make the drive to Toledo because they’ve always had exceptional food and service at this location. We are a military and police family and have always been given a discount. We showed the cashier our ID and the cashier told us “we don’t have a military discount “ I informed her that we’ve always been given one. And she informed me that they’ve “never” given one,( we were given one before we moved about 6 months ago). I asked her to ask the manager if they’ve recently gotten rid of the discount, and she told me “no”. “I’ve asked him before and he said no before.” She refused to ask. That’s all she would have had to do is ask and I would have accepted the answer but she refused to even try. She was rude and could probably use some customer service training. 3/7/22 we came back to give it another try since their food has always been spectacular. We were treated very kind by the staff and management. This is exactly how customers deserve to and should be treated. We will be back. Thank you to the staff yesterday afternoon. The food was amazing as usual, served fast,...

We found this place while visiting Toledo! The only thing I enjoyed was the chili cheese dog its worth it to come here just for that. However I also go their Pierogi and Cabbage roll and honestly I was disappointed mainly because I'm Polish/Bulgarian and I make Pierogi from scratch same with Gołąbki aka cabbage rolls and these did not cut the bill in my opinion. First off the Pierogi were incredibly dry, tasted like the ones in the frozen section at the store with some paprika sprinkled ontop no way were these handmade but definitely factory made sadly I didn't finish these. Now for the Cabbahe roll it was $8 and had only meat and rice inside with a sauce with tomatoes on top my husband had the first bite and he was very disappointed because it didn't taste like mine, but this could be because it's a different version? Mine has mushroom, kasza, onion, beef & Pork Vegeta, Paprika and a home made sauce. Give this place a try for yourself like I said its worth it for the chili cheese dogs just pass on Pierogi and cabbage rolls those get at a Polish place. It would be a 5 star by gave a 3 due to the...

I'm a Toledo native, but moved away 7 years ago. I came here for work with a coworker from Virginia. I told him he had to try Packos it was a Toledo staple. We were greeting by a young man at the counter who explained a couple of menu items to my coworker and helped him decide on the M.O.A.D. I got the Packos feast. We got our meals quickly and was asked if there was anything else they could get for us. While enjoying our meals we were watching the staff who were all smiling and looking to be enjoying themselves. Honestly if I was in my home town I would of tried to recruit them all to work for me. There was a gentleman who was cleaning tables in the lobby who asked how everything was and was very friendly. After we were done eating he quickly offered to take our tray. We really enjoyed our dining experience. Whatever you're doing for your staff keep it up it really shows. They seemed genuinely happy to be there which is refreshing compared to some of our other experiences during our trip to Toledo.

Uniquely delicious! The staff and management are awesome! Very friendly and welcoming. The food was so flavorful and tasty. The bun was soft and fresh, the chili was fragrant and smoky spicy without being hot. The sausage was cut in half but you still got a little snap when you bit into the dog. I got the standard with mustard and onions and chili. I should've got the cheese, next time! Pickles on the side and epic complimentary pickles bar. Three varieties and pickled jalapenos. Also a variety of mustards and paprikas. The menu is Hungarian comfort food and that's not lost on the atmosphere, even for a quick serve. Best chairs I've sat in. Also plates and the hanging lamps are a nice cozy touch. Wish I had one closer. Like Klinger said, “If you are ever in Toledo, Ohio, Tony Packo’s got the greatest Hungarian hot dogs.”

Ordered vegan hotdog and was asked if I wanted beef chili sauce on them. Why would I get vegan dogs to put meat on them. Dogs were obviously micro waved as the ends were hard. Buns were soggy and tore apart. I asked for the vegan chilli sauce. I would order again with some different condiments. They need to microwave them in water to prevent the hard ends. Not good customer service.
