McDonald's — Restaurant in Topeka

No one came out to clean even 1 table or fill ketchup ...for half hour I was there. People before me said they'd been there over an hour and had told them. It wasn't even busy. Poor girl in front didn't know how to take orders and was treated very rudely by another employee that came to help and wouldnt even show her how to do it correctly or explain just pushed her out of the way and did it for her. The time I was here before... about a week before... the kiosk wouldn't work and we stood in front of the register with an employee that was designated to pass out food for about 5 minutes before someone behind the counter came to help take our order. The employee never even moved from his spot in front of the counter the entire time. Im very upset this used to be my favorite of all McDonald's I would go out of my way to come to this one because of the awesome 50s and 60s theme now it's bland boring and your lucky to get it of there with your temper intact. I wish they had never...

I've never really had a good experience here. Usually just small thing..once I didn't want the drink for my happy meals so they put down that I wanted chocolate milk and up-charged me 0.30 for both (kind of stupid to charge me 0.60 for not wanting drinks) countless times I've made it home and my kids happy meals are missing something....toy, appples, sauce, a while chicken nugget...once I paid for two 10 piece chicken nuggets got home and there was only 1. I live 30 minutes away from there so I couldn't really just go back in there and waste an hour drive time. Even with all these annoying mistakes I would let my children talk me into going there but once I told them how they treated people (after seeing a video online of the worse treatment to someone in need) even my 9 and 6 year old want nothing to...

There was a large spill of a soda in the eating seating area that I brought to the attention of the person taking our food order…she advised that it was being taken care of although she appeared to not see this as important or worried about how it looked.. I questioned a second employee who was bringing out orders to the seating area who the manager was. He ask me why… i asked do you know who this person is .. he said yes but didn’t give me a name… I asked that he bring this to the attention of the manager…when he brought out our order I inquired again … he said the manager was aware it…. We have been here over 20 minutes and the mess hasn’t been cleaned up… I understand the placed is busy as it should be but cleanliness and safety is also important… and says a lot about a fast...
