This place is useless. Went in looking for info and was immediately looked down upon because we weren't immediately willing to put our life savings into our outdoor grill. Then we were told 'you can either pick a $2,000 grill with no bells and whistles or a $5,000 grill with all the bells and whistles, those are basically your options'. Poor customer service is an understatement, being said neither of the two men working approached us to even ask if we had any questions! Next, while in the store a customer came in complaining about something that very much obviously affected one of the guys working in which showed in his face he was upset/angry. When my partner asked them which grills did they own themselves, he hardly acknowledged him and when he answered he didn't even look at him to say his response! Very rude disgusting workers.
