Where do I begin? There was a Domino's Pizza near a Pizza Hut I used to frequent. But that Pizza Hut shut down, so I decided to give Domino's a try. At first I noticed that the food had overall better quality than Pizza Hut, so at first I was pleased. I have been a loyal customer since, and it's been almost six years. But after a change in management and an overall decline in the attentiveness of the employees, it took a turn for the worst. There were quite a few disappointments along the way, and I let them slide for a while. The previous time I went, I had to wait for over an hour for my food, even though I was told it would take fifteen minutes. By the time I got the food, well, let's just say it was done like nobody actually cared about the result. But tonight, I was handed a pizza with hardly any taste, let alone appeal, as well as an order of chicken wings that were hardly cooked. And for some reason, I was overcharged for this sub par meal, despite attempting to reason with the employee to figure out why it was so costly. As I mentioned, I had been going for years, so I was well familiar with how much the meal should have costed. This was the last straw. Needless to say, I will never be going again. To make matters worse, I tried complaining three times to their corporate office, and never got a response. Not even going to try again. Advice to other potential customers? Don't go to Domino's Pizza. Just don't. You can do better than them. If they could be this much of a disappointment to someone as patient as myself, then no one is safe...
Read moreI have ordered here 4 times. Each time I have had a horrible experience. The 1st - ordered pizza and cheesy bread delivery. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive only to take a bite of cheesy bread with jalapenos and meat in it. 2nd order - Delivered also, I opened the pizza and all of the cheese slid off because there was basically no crust and the driver obviously drove horribly. 3rd order - delivery I ordered a pizza and bbq wings. The wings should have been called Bbq wing Soup. I couldn't even see the wings because the literally drowned them in bbq sauce. Not even being picky u should've seen it. 4th and last time - I ordered online and decided to carryout. I ordered at 6:50 and the progress meter told me after a few minutes that it is being prepared and then that it was in the oven. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10. It was a friday night and they had only 3 people working. The manager asked me what I had. I told him and he said ok hold on. He then went on running around doing a million things meanwhile the phones are ringing off the hook and not once were they answered. It's is now 730 and he comes back to me and says what do u have and he walks to the finished food looks and nothing. Walks to the guy boxing the food and nothing. Looks in the oven and nothing. I said u know what this is ridiculous and left. They never made my sandwich. Never again...
Read moreNever again!!! Thanks for the 20% off, but it still wasn’t worth it... Delivery Charge and you insist on a tip? Food too salty, mild wings were even too spicy!!! Ingredients in the food not listed and such small expensive portions! No Thank You!
I gave them a second chance. Walked in for a pizza. It wasn't busy. Staff treated me as a burden. I made a comment about getting their oven checked as the pizza looked a little underdone. They became condescending. No, I'm not an expert, but I used to work at Domino's back in 1990 under another franchise owner that had pride in his franchise. Pizza was very salty. Did corporate decide to go so cheap and equate flavor with salty? Your counter people represent the business, train them properly and choose kinder people to tend the counter! So much for the Corporate Satisfaction Guarentee too, I was told, "you get what you pay for." Well, I guess the customers they get, settle for mediocre at best. Someone open a Pizza Hut in Town Please?!?!?! Domino's never...
