I will start by saying that I love Wendy's and their food; it is my number one choice for fast food and it kills me to make this review. The only reason I'm making this review is because it has been such a consistent nuicense. This particular location has been abysmal the past 8-10 times I have visited. I still visit because as I said, I love Wendy's, and there are no other locations close enough to where I live.
I'll also state that when I do visit, it's usually later at night (approximately 10pm). I'm not sure if they are short staffed at this time, or there was (coincidentally) high traffic every time I visited, a lack of pre-prepared food items, or a combination of any or all of these reasons, but every time I visited this location it took AT LEAST 5-7 minutes (usually 2-3 songs on my playlist) for the employee working the drive through speaker to even acknowledge me. I would guess that the exact same thing happened to every single person in front of me as well because getting through this particular drive through takes 20 to 30 minutes at this time of night. Again, this happened EVERY time on my previous visits.
The second part isn't as consistent (only a couple times), but I'm mentioning it because the last time I went was particularly annoying. The employee working the speaker gave me the impression that he had no desire to be working. I realize it's not the most glamorous job, but you still expect someone in this position to at least come across as friendly. Unfortunately, this was not the case. He was very unfriendly, impatient, and inarticulate. My order had to be clarified several times, and when I received my order, he did not say a word to me.

When we first walked in the customer ahead of us said she had been waiting in the drive thru line and after several minutes of no one responding she came inside to order. This was at 11am and her and my husband and I were the only people in the restaurant. Now the workers were very friendly, but things were sloppy. When ordering chili they didnt ask if we wanted onions/cheese on it (not the end of the world) like they have at all other Wendy's. When we got our food the chili was cold as was my chicken sandwich which was specially ordered. The bun was cold and didn't even appear to be toasted/warmed up. The chicken patty was cold and the extra pickles that I ordered for few and tasted funny. The carpets needed to be vacuumed as there was food in multiple areas and the tile had dried soda in several spots. One of the toilets in the women's bathroom was clogged with paper towels. The drink machine did not have ice, and none of the workers came to look at the machine or explain why it wasn't working after myself and another guy later on asked for ice due to it being broken. The workers again were friendly but seemed preoccupied in their own conversations to be taking care of the restaurant and serving adequate food.
