On 08/09/2022 at 8:00 PM My girlfriend and I stopped in quick to order a bean and cheese quesadilla for my girlfriends little sister since she's a picky eater. The two people manning the grill were great, however, it was a whole different story for the lady operating the cash register. She made 4 other people wait in line while she played on her phone, the lady ahead of us waited 10 minutes before the lady at the register finally told her that there was no salsa available. The next people in line were a family of 3, and it took approximately 10 minutes for them to be rung out at the register because the lady at the counter kept going in the back kitchen to play on her phone. We finally got our turn and when we received the food, it wasn't in a to-go container like we requested. That wasn't the issue, the real issue was when the lady asked me to take the quesadilla myself and examine to see if it had the right toppings, with my bare hands. It turns out it wasn't our order, and belonged to the family in front of us. The lady at the counter left again after I told her that it didn't have the correct toppings, she then went to make a new quesadilla for us, which was fine, but she then played on her phone again while making it. She finally brought it to us and then asked if she could ring out the next guy in line, which once again would be fine but it took over 5 minutes because the lady at the register started packing her own to-go bag. The gentleman that went ahead of us finally got sick of waiting and simply left without paying. The lady finally came back out to help us, but before actually taking care of us she took the quesadilla I had already examined with my bare hands and gave it to the family that was ahead of us as a "good gesture" and came back to the counter to serve us. She took the extra sour cream container off our to-go container and put it in her own to-go bag before handing it to us and then rushed out the door with her own food. She didn't even bother to ask if we paid or not. It took over 25 minutes for a quesadilla and 3 people ahead of us to be helped. Not exactly a dinner...
Read more12/29/24 Fruit flies all over the walls, but especially concentrated near the fancy soda machine. Vile and disgusting. This is a place that keeps food out like the salsa and lemons. I feel sick to my stomach that I only noticed this after I ate most of my meal. Look at the walls. I have a terrible camera on my broken iphone 7 without flash and you can STILL see the flies ALL OVER THE WALLS!!!!!!!! I wish I could have really shown you what in looks like. Not just by the soda machine but all throughout the store. This place is WORSE than fast food.
An older couple came in and left after about 10 seconds. They said, "This is one of the bad ones. Look at all the flies." The picture I took this is less than 7 feet away from the salsas they keep out and lemons and hot sauce. Absolutely vile. I will never step foot in this location or any MOe's for the rest of my life, and that's if I survive the next 48 hours.
In addition to this. Employees also cannot drain the beans nd and olives for longer than half a second so all the juice gets in the burrito. Like there should be a RULE three seconds at LEAST to drain THE LIQUID FROM THE BEANS BEFORE they put it on MY FOOD Is incompetence another topping available to order on your new menu? Looks like it. Read moreMy rating for this Moe's used to be 5 stars but this place has really become sad. They are always out of food, not once have I come in for months now and got what I wanted. They don't have onions this time or salsa another time or rice another day. I always gave them a pass since they were friendly. That good will was kicked back into my face today. I came in to order my normal, a tofu borrito and tofu taco salad for my wife. They told me they only have enough down for one or the other. This is not abnormal for this Moe's, I was surprised they had any tofu ready at all. I know with this Moe's I typically have to wait because they are bad about putting things down when they are low. I told him I'm not in a hurry I can wait. He told me he was alone and that he wasn't going to drop it. He wasn't alone he had another person on line and the manager was where she normally is, outside smoking. To top it off I was the only person in line at 5 o'clock on a Saturday. Whoever the franchise owner is should be ashamed. So I left and got tofu hibachi at kyoto where they were more than happy to serve me food.
