Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Clifton Park

My boyfriend and I have been going to this location more since we've moved closer to the area. We have had only positive experiences so far and the employees have been so friendly and nice. Today I ordered a white hot chocolate but found out they didn't serve it at this location anymore. The associate at the drive-through was really sweet and adaptive and offered to add pumps of white chocolate flavoring in a regular hot chocolate for me. I accepted and he had me try it first to see my reaction, perhaps to make sure I would like it, which didn't bother me at all and made me smile. (I was careful as he warned me how hot it was) It did taste good and I was thankful for his kindness! He also switched out a sandwich bread for me (I preferred english muffin over croissant). I wish we had chosen to get a receipt so I could properly do a survey and mention the man's name. He was very thoughtful. My boyfriend is also happy with this location as they don't make his mocha swirl lattes incorrectly, like some other locations had a habit of doing somehow. We will continue to frequent this...

The cutest little Dunkin’. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find “my” Dunkin’ to frequent, and this might be it! The staff are always friendly, and super quick. I ordered through the app for a walk-in, as my car doesn’t always love drive-thrus. When I got there, I saw how long the drive-thru line was, and decided to wait in my car a little longer rather than go in and make them feel overwhelmed if my order wasn’t ready. When I went in, my whole order was ready and conveniently packaged (I had ordered 5 drinks and was dreading having to figure out how to carry them, but the workers had made it easier by balancing the weight within a carrying tray). The food was just like any other dunkin donuts, onpar but the service today was awful. The servers were rude and messed up my order. I had to go inside and wait in line to order a sandwich they "assumed" I didn't want, after they knew they made the mistake. So the rest of my breakfast is cold now.
