The Pizza Palace isn’t an inviting atmosphere for eating in. There was one decent-sized round table, a bar with stools, and two smaller tables near the drink case. We went in the early evening in a weeknight and found the display case to be pretty bare. There was a small family eating at the aforementioned round table, and one other customer there. The place was pretty dead. They had a number of interesting options on their menu. Three of us were ordering and decided on each getting a small pizza so we would have leftovers for lunch the next day. We ordered the Palace Deluxe, the Margherita, and Crazy Chicken pizzas, as well as a cheese calzone to share. We were told the order would take about 20 minutes. Since the storefront is pretty small, we left, and returned to pick up our order. I think they forgot about our order. In the time we were gone, the family sitting at the round table had left, replaced by a new family who already had their food, yet our order wasn’t ready. In fact, it was another 20 minutes before our order was done. So, on a dead evening, it was 41 minutes from when we placed our order to when we received it, verified by the timestamp on our receipt. Of the three different pies we purchased, the Crazy Chicken was good, and the only one I would order again. The Palace Deluxe was okay. The Margherita was disappointing. The Calzone was okay. Considering that we paid $78, I don’t think the Pizza Palace is worth it. It was over-priced, compared to other local pizza places, and the wait was ridiculously long under the circumstances.

This is a lovely little spot! The gentleman working at the counter is kindly, and there are a lot of different kinds of pizzas on display that one can get slices of! I got a slice of their pepperoni and mushroom pizza! I also had a slice of their margherita pizza! Both slices were delightfully crisp! The sauce they use is really good, too! I also really liked the buffalo mac and cheese bites that I got! I've seen regular mac and cheese bites, but I've never seen anyplace put buffalo sauce on them! It's an excellent combination! I'll definitely get them again, but I think next time I'll ask for blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. I like, too, that it's quiet here. The atmosphere is very much not busy, so having a few moments to eat in this space gave me a bit of time to recharge as I was out and about. I'm gonna bring some of my friends next time I go! I think they'll like it here!

This has got to be the top place in New York. I’ve travelled across all New York for the best pizza and I’ve got to admit, this is the best place. A man greeted me with a big broad smile on his face and was super tall. The interior design was astonishing and my pizza was ready in less than 5 minutes. I ordered two cheese slices and they killed my expectations. The bottom was crisp and well cooked, and the cheese and sauce were absolutely amazing. I don’t know how to describe it. If you haven’t tried it yet you’re making sing out. Proud to admit I’m definitely coming back.

Where do I start? I guess firstly we were told the restroom was out of order and we had to go to five guys to use the restroom. Well when we got back from five guys one of the employees came out of the bathroom that works behind the counter with a paper towel like he was drying his hands. So the kid lied. No biggie whatever I figured. So then it was very warm in there like at least 80+ degrees it felt good at first but then it was just uncomfortable after a bit.

Onto the food. We placed our order for dine in as we were on the road and needed a break before we got on I-87 again. We ordered an appetizer of jalapeño poppers, a calzone and a salad. I paid cash and the kid behind the counter didn’t know how to make change then needed more quarters and didn’t know the difference between quarter rolls and penny rolls. So then I told him how to make change with what he had which was simple.

Then We waited 40 minutes for our food to come out meanwhile there were two takeout customers who came in and placed their order and waited and left in that time.

we ordered an appetizer so that should have come out before the meal, no everything came out together and the poppers were cold and slightly chewy when they came. My wife’s salad was less than pleasing not sure what she got but she always has leftovers and brings it home, this time she left it behind. My calzone was super greasy I got garlic, sausage and bacon. Yes those two ingredients are naturally greasy but when I cut it open it was like the floodgates were opened and it just came out. The outside was burned and very dissatisfying. All in all we should’ve cancelled our order and went to five guys or the Biergarten at the end of the plaza. There’s more I could say but then I’d be rambling even more. ...

Decent food, not so decent service. We placed on online order on a Saturday night and it said approx 20 minutes. Yeah ok. Got there right when the order should have been ready and expecting it to take a little longer which would have been ok. They said it would be 15 minutes. They were busy and it was a Saturday night. Not the end of the world. Right after we got there a lady came in a placed a takeout order. About 20 minutes later her food came out and she left with it and the guy asked us "what did you order again". He informed us they were out of the garlic knots and could replace them with garlic bread as well. 25 more minutes later our food finally came out (obviously they had lost or not started our order until he asked what we had). During that time we watched another customer pick up an order, but come back inside after a minute and say he was missing part of his order to which they replied "yeah we ran out of that" to which he asked "so no one was going to say anything and let me leave without it and scam me out of the money" . Kind of ridiculous. Meanwhile we get out food home and they STILL GOT IT WRONG. The garlic bread replacement they gave us was someone else's chicken parm sub. I'm sure that customer will enjoy our garlic bread. The customer service was lacking as most of the workers were younger folks that spent half the time staring at their phones. Shocker, right? The pizza was decent, the wings were a good size but under-cooked and the sauce was goopy. The chicken parm sub lacking any flavor at all. Will not...
