Huge disappointment but I’m not surprised. Ordered two breakfast combos and they forgot part of my order. Go figure.
Update 05OCT2023 Online order arrived at store around 1810 As of today I gave this establisment another chance regretfully. I was again disappointed, I spent 50$ on my order for my wife my self and my son. Our order was a disaster we were missing two items and it took 30 minutes to get them replaced. I'm not sure of the positions of those on the floor working on the product but to say I was disappointed doesn't even start to describe the feeling. I witnessed the young men on the register side of the assembly island dump portions of product contents on the floor and not even flinch and just throw the now half empty product into a bag and hand it off to customers. I witnessed an older skinny woman I assume was a manager of some kind do her best to remedy customer issues while a large gentleman (I assume a higher level manager) sat In an office in the rear of the building witness what I witnessed and not do anything to correct the issue instead just let it happen while customers watched, not lifting a finger to help or remedy any part of the situation at hand. It alarms me that for the amount of money the company Pays its staff and the amount of money the customers pay for this aweful service I didn't see an ounce of leadership out of the highest manager in the location. I honestly believe I could find better leadership out of my 4 year old in stressful situations. The biggest disappointment was the order it's self most of my food was crushed, half empty, soggy, or otherwise absolutely a disgrace. All of my add-ons were missing and all of the things I didn't want were added not a single part of this order was worth a penny. Next time I have taste for sub-par fast food I'll make sure to save my money and time and go elsewhere. As of today after over 20 years tacobell has lost me and my family as customers. If tacobell would like to talk to me I also sent a complaint...
Read moreThis Taco Bell has only ever gotten my order right once over the couple dozen times I’ve been here since moving to Clifton Park. And that order they got right was only 2 drinks. I’ve ordered bean burritos as my girlfriend is a vegetarian and half of the time they end up giving her beef ones. Entire meals have been missing from our order. I’ve started having to check the bag before I even leave the parking lot because I have had to come back after getting home to get missing/incorrect orders fixed. The worst part is, this has become a very common trend with fast food places of orders being consistently wrong, but never like this Taco Bell where I have to make time to go back thru the drive thru or inside every time I visit because my order was wrong or missing food
Update months later Still happens every time. This time we were given the complete wrong order so as always, I drove back to get the order fixed. Waited 30 minutes, never got the food. The staff in the back are making gun noises to other customers who walked through never getting their food. DoorDash orders are cancelling and walking out since the food was never even made. And we waited 30 minutes for our food to be remade only for it never to be remade. The manager came to issue a refund and denied it at first claiming to have remade it twice himself. We never received any food, and by the second remake wouldn’t it make sense to deliver it personally to ensure it made it to us? Eventually he gave us a refund while giving us a pissy look and being overall disrespectful. I’ve reported to corporate and in the event the franchisee or someone who cares sees this I would like a contact as this is a consistent pattern with this location, I understand mistakes happen, I understand tough days. We all have them. This doesn’t get excused as any of those as it’s a pattern here. If you want to review camera footage. April 19th 2025 between 6:20-7:15PM that is how long...
Read moreExtremely negative experience. Placed an online order for in store pick up. In store was closed and not clearly marked, so I was forced to use drive-thru. I waited about 5-10 minutes to get to the speaker to provide mobile order information. I was told at the speaker that they had my order and I was okay to pull forward. After waiting 15-20 minutes and arriving at the window, the first (polite) staff member informed me they did not have my drink, so it was switched and I was told food would be out shortly, great. After waiting another 10-15 minutes I was told they did not have the new cheesy street chalupas I ordered due to the previous staff forgetting to take it out to thaw. I understood it wasn’t their fault and I was told I could change the order, so I asked for black bean chalupas instead. I was only given 3 when I had paid for 4 orders of street chalupas so I asked for a 4th black bean chalupa. At this point a second staff member got involved (the problem), rude heavy set white guy with a goatee (didn’t get his name), began making false accusations saying that I had made staff uncomfortable, when they were simply uncomfortable for being the one to tell me they basically had none of my items I paid for. I tried to explain the situation and they continued to argue and yell at me. A third staff member (polite) got involved and I informed him I did not want to cause any trouble, I only wanted the 4th chalupa to swap for my original order. The first and third staff members were very professional and were trying to do their best in an unfortunate situation. But I will not return to this store so long as the second staff member still works there. He was incredibly unprofessional and turned a bad visit into a...
