I bought a torch which was broken inside the package. It was the kind of plastic molded packaging you can only open by cutting it apart. I told them that I did not have the original package because I had to ruin the packaging in order to open it. The staff acknowledged it was broken and that they would give me a refund but only store credit. This was fine as I was going to buy more merchandise.

Then they changed their mind and said they would not issue a refund without the dangerous sharp cut up plastic pieces of the original package which I don't make a habit of holding on to. I was about to spend 4-5 times the amount in question on additional merchandise, but they lost that transaction and any future business. Common sense business practices guys...plus they kept...

Have gone to the Clifton park store many times, too many times I've been given the wrong coils and when I asked for an education on them I really got no answers. Went the other day and twice was told they would have a particular vape juice in tomorrow, waited 3 days and went back only to be told we are still out.....so I asked the girl " Can you call the other store and see if they have it in stock?" I will never buy from here again. I walked in not knowing much about vapes so they sold me this little vape called juul to help me quit smoking. The vape I bought was dead and finally when I charged it, the vape is AWFUL! Same cheap thing you can buy at your local gas station only this is $60. It makes me cough terribly every time I hit it.
