Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

I hope someone from corporate sees this. I’ve never written a review for a chain before but wow, this is the best DD I’ve ever been to. I travel all over the area and to other states and yep, this location is the best. Firstly, they NEVER get my food or drinks wrong. Actually, they make the best coffee out of any location. For reviewers saying they’re slow, leave 15 min early before work to make it in on time. I’ve come here on and off for years. Generally speaking nobody can find staff and there are supply shortages, if you are not aware of this then you must not know anyone that works fast food. That being said, I’ve never had to wait an absurd amount of time. If drive-through is swamped park your car and walk in. It may make the process a couple minutes faster. if you’re leaving one star because your doughnut didn’t have sprinkles, check your stuff before you leave and if something is wrong, ask for a new one. If you’re annoyed someone is sitting on a stool, it’s not really your business - they may have a medical condition, be in training or need a second. The workers are humans not robots. Secondly, I’m writing this review due to staff. After all these years for whatever reason this location has AWESOME workers. Fast food work sucks. It’s stressful. But whatever they’re doing, it’s working and they clearly are happy and have fun. There’s a man, must be a GM or manager who is always super peppy and I see he makes his staff happy. They are ABOVE friendly here. They go out of their way for you, no matter who you get. Again I hope someone higher up sees this, because other locations can take notes. Good management/positive attitude = happy staff. Give the workers at this location a raise. They’re amazing. This use to be my favorite DD. Not anymore. The se staff are rude. The over charged me and gave me the wrong food. I ordered the Bacon,egg and cheese croissant that is on sale for 2for$5 they charged me $7.95 Plus tax. My complete order came up to 17,85 for an ice coffee and two sandwiches. I had to call corporate to file a complaint. Still awaiting to hear back from their manager. Jennifer D.(server) Needs to go. Very rude and obnoxious. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she closed the window in the drive thru and walked away leaving a line of cars in the waiting on their order. I saw her leave out of the back of DD smoking a cigarette and on her phone. The police were called and had me come out of the drive through. When they were made aware that they didn’t even give me my food. The officer was furious and retrieved my food from them. The food I didn’t order). Whoever the woman is that makes sandwiches and always has an Airpod in. She is one of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. She forgot to give me my hashbrowns. I walked back, politely waited, and asked for the hashbrowns. She then yells at me from across the store, "I put them in the bottom of the bag!" I double-check the bag, and they're not in there. She then yells "well he must of took them out in his car and wants free ones!!" She then throws the bag of hashbrowns on the counter in a fit.

Incredibly unprofessional and unwarranted.
