Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

I really like this Dunkin but was extremely disappointed by how I was treated by the management here very recently and wanted to share my experience.

I came here in December after their remodeling was finished and ordered some breakfast when I noticed they were having a lottery for free coffee for a year.

Surprisingly, I was lucky customer #41. I was given a paper voucher and was told to come back at any time. Unfortunately I returned on 3 separate occasions, and each time was told to come back the next day to speak to someone else. On the 4th day, I was finally told that they would not honor the voucher as they had given out too many.

I am obviously frustrated that they did not honor the voucher, but more importantly, I am upset that I was treated so rudely not once, but the 4 times that I had gone...

9/10 times my coffee order is wrong. All I ask is for a coffee with extra mocha. Not very complicated. I always get a coffee with either no mocha or almost none. Ive been ordering online from this Dunkin for almost two years and haven’t complained (which I should have ..) but I have worked at a Dunkin and when you order online it shows you exactly how the person wants the coffee.
