Pulled up to speaker. They were taking order from the other lane. I was greeted and asked if I was using the Mobile app. I said no. I asked for a medium fries and medium coke. I sat and waited. The other car pulled around. I said, âhello? Did you get my order?â Silence. Another car pulled up to the other speaker. They took their order. That other car also pulled around. So I pulled in after him. Got to the pay window. The girl flung the window open, glared at me and said, âwhatâs going on!â I asked if she got my order. She said no. I said I was greeted, I placed my order and then nobody responded. They kept taking orders from the other lane. She still glared at me and said that is an automatic recording. I said I didnât know that. And then she proceeded to tell me that she couldnât take my order. She said âwe canât take any more orders.â I said what? She said, âwe canât take any more orders. We have too many orders on the board.â I said, but there is nobody ahead of me in the line to pick up food. She just glared at me like she wanted to slap me. Finally she yelled, âwhat do you want? âI said a medium fry and a medium Coke, please. I gave her my card. She gave it back and said do you want your receipt? I said no thank you. I said, âdonât be mad at me.â She just slammed the window in my face. I pulled up to the pick up window. The person working there , flung the window open, pushed the Coke out the window at me without even looking at me. I took it, and they tossed the bag of fries through my window into the car and slammed the window shut. I will never go back to that...
   Read moreThis establishment is the most unprofessional place i have ever experienced. I went there last night ordered a couple of meals once I proceeded to the window to get my foodâŚ. Problem #1 no one even came to the window to greet me immediately after sitting there for a few mins a woman who is a manager name Brittany came to the window very unprofessional and snobby( this isnât my first encounter with this woman from coming to McDonaldâs) I then got my food and drinks and I asked for 2 extra sauces Brittany then proceeded to be very rude and nasty told me no I can not have any extra sauces because of her inventory I also offered to pay for them as well she then told me no and slammed the window on my face. She slammed that window so hard that it opened back up smh she is so unprofessional and because of this woman I do not recommend coming here she makes this McDonaldâs look horrible. Now on to problem #2 after all that stuff was done they messed up on my order but because I was so angry and disgusted I didnât even go back there to correct it out of fear she would do something to my food thatâs how evil this woman is⌠well rants over but McDonaldâs you need to do better and with employees like her you will lose more customers then gain because of her ugly evil...
   Read moreLATEST: They left themselves open for orders on the app so we thought they were open Christmas morning. They took our money, but they're closed. Sounds like consumer fraud to me.
After sitting in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes, we made it to the window to be told they did not know what our order was, the screens were "all messed up", and we were asked what our order was so they could make it. I tried to tell them our order, but with each item I mentioned, I was interrupted by the manager to be asked if I ordered an item I did not. After she did this a few times, I realized it would be impossible to actually answer her question and tell her what I ordered, so we left.
This location is far too busy and new, ie makes far too much money, for all the problems they have. They clearly have a cheap, uninterested owner/operator and corporate needs to step in and make the necessary adjustments so this owner/operator stops making the business as a whole look so bad.
Update: Every visit the service and quality is worse than the last time. Corporate really needs to make a visit to this location and see...
