McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Greece

We get breakfast sandwiches and hash browns 2 - 3 times a week here. On Sat or Sunday big breakfast for our kid. Today will be our last time visiting here. Breakfast ends at 10:30 am, I was sitting in a long drive thru line at 10:25 am. As I get closer to order, I see the video signs switch to lunch. When I finally get to order, I ask, can I still order breakfast. A rude order taker said "NO, It ended at 10:30", I said yes, but I've been sitting in this line since around 10:25 am and it is now 10:34 am. She then goes on continuing to be rude and starts arguing with me telling me the car in front of me ordered lunch, what the hell does that have to do with me. At that point I was stuck in line, so had to wait until I could get out. No I did not order and will never again from here. Went to Tim Horton's got my sandwich and hash brown which was as good as McD's. Plus I didn't have to deal with a rude order taker. I've noticed the last few times coming here that things appeared to be going down hill. So long...

No matter how upset I am I don’t post bad reviews //NORMALLY// But let me tell you, when I came through the drive thru tonight and waited at least 5 minutes for an order that consisted of 4 McChickens, 1 medium fry, and a large drink without ice- I was irritated but not enough to care, until I discover they’ve not even given me fries. Went back around and let them know, they said to pull up, and we waited another at least 5 minutes before just giving up and going in to get them, Went in to retrieve fries which shouldn’t have been a big deal, when a miserable old woman says “you’re going to have to wait!” Alright, sure. Got the fries and went to the car, lo and behold they’re all cold and stale I gave up trying to eat the disappointment that they called my order even though I haven’t eaten all day. Waste of time and money. I’ve had some not-so-awful experiences here, but this experience has ruined coming to this location for me Good luck to the other ladies scheduled with her tonight, y’all look...

This place is a Dumpster fire!!!

I stop at this "restaurant" every Thursday evening on my way home. Last night, their drive through was down (again) so I went inside to order. That was a mistake. The entire place was a dump. Garbage at the tables, dirty floors, drink station was a mess. There were at least 20 people in the kitchen. I'm not sure if they were all employees because only 2 of them had any kind of uniform on and only a couple people were actually working. After placing my order, I waited for 15 minutes despite only a couple customers in the restaurant (and I know they didn't have any drive through traffic). During that time I heard yelling and lots of foul language coming from the kitchen. At one point there was an employee fight. When I finally got my order, it was wrong. I've known for a long time that this location is terrible but until I went inside, I had no idea how bad. If I were the GM, I would be horribly embarrassed. I will be finding a new place to grab my food...
