Had the worst service experience ever at Pas-Tina and food was ok... placed order through DoorDash app, which indicated the food would be ready in 20-30 mins. I went to the restaurant 30 mins later to give them some cushion in getting the food ready. When I arrive and ask for the order, the hostess (or whoever the young lady working there is) says she’ll check on it. I see her go to the kitchen area and then hanging out at the bar area next to the kitchen. Normally, you’d expect the person checking on the order to come back and provide a status update. I could understand if a customer had called her over, but the bar area is only for getting drinks ready to serve (and no she’s not a server or bartender). After 10 mins, I got fed up and went to the bar area to ask what’s happening. She said meekly that they are working on the order, but no mention of ETA. So I told them I had been waiting 10 minutes and asked to know how much longer I’d have to wait. Then one of the waiters went to check on the order. He reported back that the kitchen was backed up and would be another 10-15 mins, so I went outside to wait. I came back in 15 minutes later and the food was still not ready, and they didn’t even make an attempt to update me on the order... so I again had to ask about timing (mind you I’m now about 30 mins into waiting at the restaurant, an hr after the order had been placed). They told me my order would be up next, which I assumed meant a min or two. I ended up waiting another 15 mins or so. When the food finally came out no apologies or offer to comp some or all of the order. And in hindsight, a good restaurant would offer at least a glass of water or a drink while a customer is waiting, but there was none of that at Pas-Tina. The food was OK, but it is definitely not worth a 75 minute wait (from when order was placed) and the worst customer service experience ever. Please do yourself a favor and find a place with better and faster service - the food definitely isn’t distinct and...

Read moreThe food was decent here, however the service was horrible. To start we made a reservation for six and then called back two hours later to add four more which would bring our party to 10 the person on the phone said OK no problem I’ll put it down for you guys. When we arrived a woman greeted us very friendly and said I’m sorry but we only have you down for six people not 10, my wife explained she called back to add the four people and the woman replied well I don’t know who you talk to because I’m the only one that takes reservations. She said I’m sorry but a man answered and said he took care of it for us. The woman’s reply was I’m sorry I don’t know what we can do but proceeded to put us in an overcrowded table for six anyway. After that it took about 40 minutes for them to bring over menus. To make a long story short we spent 3 1/2 hours there due to the lack of attention on The waiter taking our drink orders taking our food orders etc. it was like I had to hunt down a waiter, To show us attention. We even had to ask for the check after no one came by our table 40 minutes after the desert came. Once the bill came nobody even came to pick it up so again I had to hunt down a waiter. If you have Some thing to do that day do not go here to this restaurant because you’ll...
