I had a really good time enjoying the food here I came to get some ramen but I had lots of different things as well I got the steam shumai, takoyaki, and the beef ramen with chicken broth Shumai was fantastic and not too soft with a nice firm chew Takoyaki was nice and hot and crispy with a soft inside chew when it came out. I also had some after I had my ramen and it after it cooled down it was like the perfect soft scallion pancake. The ramen was good but not as good as I expected. The broth wasn't the best but still very good. The noodles were very nice, but the star of the show was definitely the egg. Their egg was one of the best I've had. The flavor for the gyu don was comforting, while the ramen was bold, and the noodles bouncy (recommend very spicy, has that Chinese numbing hot oil flavor). The servers also refilled water without being asked and were gracious and polite. For the price point, this has to be the best Japanese food in the area, if not one of the best restaurants...
