I just ordered on the app. A combo, some nuggets and another sandwich. Pull up, ask to change my drink (app doesn't have free style) and she says I don't have one. It's on the screen, I can see it. She finds it, asks what I want, and I tell her "mellow yellow zero with peach flavor". She asks me to repeat it 3 times. Fine. Let's get it right... I pull up and she hands me one without peach.... The combo sandwich was the best item I got. I was able to remove the rock hard bottom bun from it's time under the heat lamp. Whatever. Happens. The chicken sandwich, I couldn't bite through... it was so over cooked. The nuggets were also rock hard and cold. Clearly, incredibly old. No one would eat them. And she didn't include the dipping sauces. Or a straw for my drink.
I'm cool with a mistake here and there. But with this girl, there's nothing right. And the kitchen is putting out literally...

I always donate. Always buy the stupid frosty tag. Today was a long day of lax with kids. It’s late. My daughter wanted a jr bacon. Get all the way home and find a piece of plastic and hair. What the F? I called informing whom ever answered the line. Lost my cool a little bit but I did apologize. I also let her know that I’m not calling for a refund and I sure as hell wasn’t coming back for a new one. It’s crazy to me that we just hire anyone now because we’re desperate.
