I am so appalled by the rude treatment I received on the phone as I tried to place an order. I get that they were busy, but they kept repeating the wrong order back to me. I corrected them and repeated the order. Then the phone disconnects so I call back. They then proceed to brush me off and repeat the same wrong order. When I corrected them again, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed out that it was an item straight from their menu. The guy on the phone gets frustrated and yells at me, saying, "Well you gotta wait." And he drops the phone and I hear him shouting at another person, "Take this lady's call. See what the heck she wants. But take the others first and take this after." I was so shocked by the treatment- especially considering how patient and kind I was to them KNOWING they must be busy and trying to be understanding! I've been coming to this place for a while now, and it never disappoints. The pizza is always fresh, perfectly crisp, and loaded with flavor. I stopped going to front street pizza years ago, but noticed it looked different, on my walk past it, last week, so I stopped in. First of all, I was greeted warmly and with a smile, which prompted me to ask if it was new owners. Yes! In fact they said they’ve been here almost a year! Sweet young couple. I got a corner Sicilian slice to go, just to check it out. Delicious!
