Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I ordered an iced caramel latte and blueberry muffin through uber eats. After receiving my order, I was sent a chocolate chip muffin instead of blueberry, which was ok because they had written down that they were out. My big problem is the latte. It had a clump of something in it after I took a few sips and I felt immediately nauseous. A few minutes later, I drank a little bit more again and felt sick right after AGAIN. I also felt weird pieces in my mouth and when I took it out, they did not look like things you would put in a latte. I have no idea what they did to my latte but that was the worst feeling and I seriously don't want to know what I swallowed. I have never had this problem with other Dunkin Donuts establishments before and I hope someone looks...

Terrible. Don't waste your time at this location. I placed an online delivery order, received the wrong order, and when I tried to call (7 times, kept going to voicemail) I finally got a person that said they no longer work there... they gave me the right number, and I still had to call that number 4 times before getting someone that sounded like they were sleep talking. He hardly made sense, and trying to decipher what he was trying to say, I was literally told there was nothing he could do and I couldn't get my order today, but that next time I go there, he'll take care of me... As if somehow that was good enough for not getting what I ordered today and basically being...

On 2 occasions , I’ve treated the workers with better customer service, as the customer. I don’t really do reviews , but me saying hello .. with no response and the person standing there with headphones not even looking at me … just waiting for me to say my order, is crazy.

Do better on the management side , when hiring people .. and also keeping your employees happy especially the ones interacting face to face with customers on a...
