Food review followed by location review Philly cheese steak in terms of flavor was good not too overpowering, but hard to chew on if you are older or have teeth problems, so I would Recomended asking them to toast the bread the meat was also a bit hard to chew on. I enjoyed it but I can see how some people would have a hard time eating it. But !! They put a good amount of everything. Some places cheap out on the meat onions and cheese this place does not.

Their Popcorn shrimp was definitely better than POPEYES. It was crunchy yet juicy on the inside.

No complains on their chilly cheese dog or their bacon hot dog, both options where delicious.

Their Oreo shake was not overwhelming and it was creamy so its a good option if you don’t want something super sweet. As for the Old fashion lemonade it left you wanting something more. So I would probably choose something else.

Finally their Hell’s Kitchen burger !!! 10/10 recommend not to spicy super juicy flavorful it was so good! just eat it don’t worry about the mess 😁 honestly I would come back just for the burger.

It was my first time eating at this location. They have a self check out kiosk but it crashed for me and my girlfriend. Luckily the staff was really friendly when we went to the line. We went on a Thursday which was really busy because of their 5 cent hot dogs (ask the workers). The location has a very back in time aesthetic feel to it, considering its been around for like 117 years. Bathroom was very clean which i was happy about.

Overall we paid $45 for a Philly cheese stake, chili dog , bacon dog, Hell’s Kitchen burger (by far the best burger I have had in some time) super crunchy and juicy pop corn shrimp, water bottle, old fashion lemonade and an Oreo shake. I gave it a 4 star because there’s always room for improvement, but I will be visiting this location pretty often. They also left me some actual coupons I’ll definitely be using. Unlike some places where they give you coupons you know you will never use. Also if you still play Pokémon it has 3 pokestops. Overall 4 stars just because of what I explained and the price was worth...

Been here twice, with GF , and we had a pleasant experience, even the nice middle aged cuacasian manager asked us how we liked our food. The second time I went , had to have been the most humiliating dining experience I ever had. I ordered from a young black lady, after that I went for condiments and the manager was watching my movements there. Sat down for at least twenty minutes waiting for my food. I went to the counter, where the server said "Oh you did not get your food?" I asked for an explanation from the african american manager and he stated "your order got lost" .Another patron ordered and mine was givin to them. Containing my anger , I asked why it takes 20 minutes to .make a hot dog, the staff jumped into action, a petite Asian girl making the hot dogs looked deeply disturbed by my comments as she grilled the dogs. . Then I asked why did the last customer didn't get theirs lost? "I would like my money back" I exclaimed. "Then why did you order? And please be quiet I will give your money back, and he then apologized." I left in severe anger , only because i love the food , but I felt I was attacked for no reason, and to add insult to injury the young black lady who served me, stood at the side of the counter with a large spoon in her hand, provoking me to say something. Im hoping Nathans management reads this complaint, because I went to the website and made a complaint and had no answer. Every time I pass this store I have to...

Update 10/16/22 They have revamped the store again recently & updated their menu, which is now displayed on Flat Screens. I have always liked their burgers, which are a hidden secret. I tried their new 1/2 LB Manhattan Burger Combo - Fries - Old Fashioned Lemonade. The Hamburger is fantastic, as always. It's one of the few places where the actual food looks better than the pictures. I went there on a Sunday @ around 1:30 PM. There were people coming in & leaving, and a good movement of customers. The staff were efficiently taking orders, preparing them and dispatching to customers. The Hamburgers are freshly made, so it takes appx 5 Minutes, but well worth it. The beef patties are chunky size, moist & flavorful. This is by far a superior Angus Hamburger & probably even better than Shake Shacks. The store is huge, with ample seating, properly maintained & clean. Highly recommended.

6/15/21 Updated menu. Fast, friendly and table delivery service, like Chic-fil-a. Recently relocated to this new spot. They make an excellent burger and it's my favorite. I always get the Super Cheeseburger Combo with Fries & Lemonade (under $11). It's an excellent burger. Highly...

Not going to lie - I sadly forgot this location was still here... we're losing all the Nathan's that are on Long Island, or at least the originals - hybrids don't count. It's a lot smaller than I remembered it, but also much cleaner. I was stoked to get a delicious bite of classic Nathan's franks and my favorite crinkle cut French fries! Everything was as tasty as you'd expect... except the price. $50 bucks for 5 hot dogs, 3 large fries, and 3 medium drinks feels a tad excessive... especially when you can make the meal at home (with a lot more food) by grabbing them from the grocery store. Honestly, I paid for the nostalgia. I'd really like to see them bring the cost down to a reasonably fair price. Chili cheese dog for $6.99 is a bit over the top. However, that probably won't happen. I'd recommend for the nostalgia as everyone should experience the pure flavor of a classic meal fresh from the source. Make sure to bring the kids and keep the legend alive!

The kiosk to place an order would not accept payments. It wasted my time since I input my order but could not pay for it. There are no good seats in the restaurant. High top tables, not booths, are placed along the windows. The booths abut the condiment bar and soda fountain, so every person using those areas looks down on the people sitting in the booth. The service is of the lowest order - workers who act like the customers are in the way. A cleaner kept following me, instead of cleaning visibly dirty tables with discarded wrappers and crumbs, he passed those and kept following me. Another worker acted like I was in the way while I was getting ketchup and napkins. No one was taking customer orders until a supervisor walked over to the idle employees and yelled at them to take the customers’ orders. The fries were overcooked in dirty oil. A hugely disappointing experience.
