I recently had the pleasure of dining at "The Little Beet" and decided to try their Low FODMAP Bowl. Let me tell you, it was a delightful experience!
The Low FODMAP Bowl consisted of seared salmon, quinoa, charred broccoli, and sweet potatoes, all expertly combined to create a well-balanced and flavorful dish. The seared salmon was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender, flaky flesh that melted in my mouth. It paired wonderfully with the nutty quinoa, which added a satisfying texture to the bowl.
The charred broccoli brought a lovely smoky flavor to the dish, complementing the other ingredients beautifully. It was cooked just right, retaining a slight crunch while still being tender. The sweet potatoes added a touch of natural sweetness and provided a comforting element to the bowl.
Not only was the flavor profile of the Low FODMAP Bowl exceptional, but the portion size was also just right. With only 600 calories, it was a healthy and filling option that left me satisfied without feeling weighed down.
Overall, my first experience at "The Little Beet" was a memorable one, thanks to their delicious Low FODMAP Bowl. If you're looking for a flavorful, balanced meal that caters to specific dietary needs, I highly recommend giving it a try. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu offerings...
Read moreI had anticipated a positive dining experience when I ordered a plate that included Basmati rice, charred broccoli, roasted beets and lentils, roasted chicken, shaved Brussels sprouts, and green beans, all for nearly $25. The manager was polite during the payment process, but my meal took a turn for the worse when I encountered a stone in the lentils. Unfortunately, this stone caused damage to a temporary root canal I have.
When I addressed this issue with the manager, I showed her the stone and she remarked that it was likely part of my tooth, laughing off my concern. I countered her assertion, questioning whether anyone would remain calm in her position if the stone truly were from their dental work. Her response was that the staff in her country do not thoroughly clean lentils, implying that this incident was beyond their control.
I expected at least an apology or a credit towards my meal due to the situation; however, I felt dismissively ignored—especially given that I am not a white American woman. Now, I am left with no choice but to seek dental treatment as a direct consequence of my visit to this...
Read moreMy first time here, the food was so delicious and the service was so friendly. I live about 25 minutes from the mall, but told myself that I would return one day because my son LOVED the food. I went back yesterday and had a completely different experience. The food was not tasty at all. The chicken was super fatty - every single piece of chicken had fat. The sweet potatoes were drenched in oil and the broccoli was burnt. The broccoli was so bad that i woke up today with the aftertaste still in my mouth. The line server was nice and answered my questions, but the cashier was just not friendly at all. No greeting. No thank you. Nothing. Just cold, like she did not want to be there. After spending $17 for MALL TAKEOUT, I expect the service to be up to par. Unfortunately, I will...
