Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

A beyond employee named Marian yelled at myself and my 8 year old while we were waiting for our coffee. Accusing him of breaking a cup and making him cry. This is beyond ridiculous. Though the whole ordeal, I didn’t raise my voice. Clearly when dealing with angry social path retail workers with a false sense of power it is useless. But yelling at a customer from across the store and accusing them of an action she didn’t see with her own eyes is embarrassing to the company and the local store manager. There were multiple employees closer than her that just rolled their eyes at her actions. Anyway I wanted to say. I have called corporate to file a complaint. I also ask where was the adult store manager and why was he sleeping on a Sunday Afternoon 3/17. Their training and oversight should also be reviewed. And by the way running out of ice and making customers wait for 1/2 hour without telling them I’d very unprofessional. We will never go back but wanted to share...

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever purchased from anywhere in the world. The workers lied about not having the cups to make the drink I wanted the way I wanted then when I saw it right there under the counter they pretended not to know it was there. The counters and serving space was extremely dirty and messy. They weren’t even wiping down the counter. The two young girls making the drinks were wiping their face and nose, scratching their heads and chatting away about some man issues. All with no gloves. The drinks were made messy. Spills on the sides of the cups that weren’t wiped away before giving them to customers. The milk they used to make the drink was clearly spoiled since my whole family got terribly sick for two days after having the drink. Absolute worst Starbucks in the world. If I could have given zero stars I would have Do Not Buy Here. Starbucks should have this outlet closed down or change out the staff...

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst baristas ever! I ordered an iced latte & when they finished making my drink it tasted like dirty old coffee water. So, I politely asked them to make it again and the barista had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with my drink. I showed him the bottom of the cup so he could see all the bean extract floating around. The second time he made my drink, not only did I get sprayed with water while the other barista was cleaning but, he made my drink the exact same way : NO FRESH EXPRESSO BEANS ! Again! I don’t understand why I pay $6 for coffee just to get reused and unfiltered beans. Plus, what is the point of closing the only good Starbucks in Roosevelt Field ?
