I’m not really the kind of person that writes reviews but I had a great experience here and I wanted to share mine!
Service: when we first walked in we were greeted with a really nice lady and we were instantly seated! I was kind of surprised because it’s a holiday (4th of July) and there weren’t much people there. Not too much later came out our waitress which was also very nice! We asked what we wanted for our drinks and not too much longer came out our waters/drinks! Which was pretty quickly. Then when we were ready we ordered our food that we had wanted. I got a deep dish 4 cheese ziti with a red sauce, of course the four cheeses, sausage, and pepperoni. Which also came with a garlic bread stick. And which felt like a while for me, it actually was decently quick for our food to come out.
Food: like said I got the ziti with the bread stick. I’m that bread kind of kid so I immediately went for the bread stick. And I tell you not my eyes LIT UP! It was perfectly crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside… and it had the perfect amount of seasoning, (wasn’t too garlicy!) I devoured that pretty quick… the ziti was also DELIGHTFUL! I’m usually picky with how cheesy my things are but this was just perfect! Even with the 4 cheeses it wasn’t overly cheesy. The noodles were El Dente and the sausage and pepperoni added a really nice kick to eat making it 10x better and super comforting!
Atmosphere: I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, almost a comforting vibe to it! The music was not too loud and didn’t feel like I had to shout to talk because a lot of restaurants I’ve been to the music is loud and so is everyone else. And to me everything where I had sat seemed very clean! Then I went to use the bathroom and I was surprised that it was SUPER clean and didn’t smell bad AT ALL! I’m traumatized from the bathrooms I’ve been in because I have had some… questionable experiences…! But this was great! The only thing I didn’t like was that the stall I used, the lock was funky and took me a few tries to lock it but that’s okay.
Overall I had a great time and I hope future people that will go here will have a great...
Read moreI ordered to go on October 16 and after receiving a text that my order was ready I pulled up to the restaurant. I parked in a "to go" parking spot at the side of the building, in front of the door, and noticed immediately 2 employees sitting out on the bench in front of the door, they had their belongings with them, so looked like they were not working nor on break. They were smoking/vaping and maybe waiting for a ride, etc. I checked in with my parking spot number via the text I received and waited.....and waited....and waited. After 10 minutes and no order, my son went inside to check on things. He said someone told him they messed up something in our order and they were correcting it. He remained inside the restaurant waiting for our order. After another 20 minutes, we finally had our order. We drove home, after waiting 30 minutes for a "to go" order, my burger was soggy from sitting in the wrapper/container, and instead of a baked potato that I ordered, I received mashed potatoes, that seemed to be boxed/powered mix and were like glue! My burger was not just soggy, it was cold as were the rest of my family's food. I understand it's a newer restaurant and there are kinks to work out...but waiting a 1/2 hour AFTER I received a text that my order was ready, and the order wasn't correct (even though we were told the delay was due to them fixing the order), and it wasn't hot and was soggy....no one offered any consolation for waiting 30 minutes. There were other customers walking in and out waiting for their orders as well. They all seemed to have received their orders before ours and we were the first to arrive. I don't care if staff smoke/vape, totally their business, but I don't want to have to walk through it. There was another employee who did come out to take their break and was smoking, again, I don't care, their business, but it shouldn't be visible to customers. Not sure we will be back, if so, it will be a while and hopefully the kinks will...
Read moreIf I could I would give it 0 stars. Service is horrible right now. I know its a new restaurant but I have been to many new restaurants when they first opened and never had to wait 90 minutes for a table and once we sat down the waitress was terrible, very disorganized. She was coughing and sneezing on top of it while waiting on us. She brought my friends and I our beers but forgot our waters we ordered and i had to remind her. My husband waited over 40 minutes to try to get his drink. They needed to change the keg and he was so frustrated after the waitress kept telling him ...it should be here in a few minutes 3 times! He finally said forget it and didnt want it anymore. She was going to try to get the manager for him to talk to and of course he never stopped by and she asked if he ever came by at all. My husband and I and my friends were very angry at this point. He said he didn't want to even talk to the manager. She also took forever to bring the parm cheese and pepper for our pizza. By the time she got back with it we were done eating the pizza. When the waitress was trying to get us something to make up for our wait time and service we stated we just wanted to get the check and go. She gave us a gift card at the end of dinner. Have to say though after all these delays and terrible service probably will never be back to use it. They were so behind on bussing tables and sitting people down. The food is their only good part of the establishment. If the service doesn't get better though this isn't going to survive. We saw a lot of staff also just standing around in the front not doing anything to make the service faster either and trying to help the waiters/waitress/bussers. People need to work together as a team to have a business keep running...
