Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

The staff here are amazing. On veterans day my crew was on duty and would not be able to make it in for the free 10 pc. We called and asked if one person would be able to pick up the orders for multiple military members while the others were stuck on duty. The lady on the phone said it would work out and so we sent a guy in. By the time I showed up though, they were out of wings and so the plan was not going to work. Feeling bad, the worker preemptively asked the manager what to do since she had already told us yes. So when I showed up and explained who I was she had already had a great solution, she said that she spoke to the manager and that we were able to order anything we wanted for the menu at a 50% discount to make up for it. I feel like this place has some potential if they brought in a team of trainers. Poor staff probably thrown in off the streets without any real training. Was like watching a train wreck today - waited 45 minutes for a couple of wings with about 25 people in the waiting area. Manager did his best, but had what looked like no actual training and couldn’t even figure out how to process a refund. Hopefully they bring in a regional manager or team of trainers to square this place away. Could have a lot of Fort Drum customers if they don’t continue to...

Some dark haired chubby girl with a septum nose ring working yesterday afternoon had terrible service. I asked her for extra sauce on my wings and she told me no and that it had enough sauce on it and I asked can I have some on the side and she said no. I go anywhere else for lunch and they give me what I ask but this girl was so rude about it when it shouldn’t have been a problem. Hopefully someone does...
