Piccolo Mulino Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Mamaroneck

Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant of all time !!!! Every single dish I’ve ever ordered has been a spectacular explosion of delightful flavors. But I have to say that the “Chicken Sabrina” from the secret menu is always my go-to. The hot antipasto for two is also a must-order. I love this appetizer because it comes w/ several different things to nosh on: shrimp, clams, muscles, and eggplant rollatini. The cherry on top of this gem of a restaurant is the wonderful customer service! All the waiters are extremely attentive and always on top of their game. This place seemed like a nice Italian restaurant but is just a hole in the wall. The staff is nice and friendly but the atmosphere is dull and cramped. The food is priced as if this is a Michelin stared restaurant, and the food is sub par at best. We had Eggplant rollitini for a starter and it tasted of freezer burn. There were a couple of flies in the dining area including a gnat in my glass. They also charge for the bottle of water at the table. The food was disgusting I really never write reviews unless it’s really bad in this case it’s bad tonight we spent a nice amount of $$ for garbage pasta and chicken pasta undercooked and chicken looked like they cut it boiled it and threw it in the take out container I threw out the whole meal that was the worst food I have ever tasted if I could give zero stars I would have with restaurants all up and down mamaroneck av.
