A late review here on Google since I wrote up this review on Yelp. I realized the shop is more active on Google so I wanted to share my wonderful experience here as well! I'm so happy to have found an authentic boba and mochi spot in Westchester! I often find myself missing authentic Asian food and culture when I am in Westchester since they are a bit difficult to find. However, this spot really was such a gem! Walking in, the space was clean and welcoming and the owner is genuinely very kind and welcoming. He was always chatting and laughing with the customers. I was really interested in their Nekoyaki treats and got their 2 most popular flavors - oreo and cheese. I absolutely loved these and I am curious about their other flavors as well now. They taste best when they're hot so don't let them sit out for too long! I loved the gooeyness of the cheese, and the crunchiness of the oreo. It was almost like a fried oreo! Of course I had to also try their boba! I went for the Jasmine Lychee Green Tea with popping lychee. It was pretty fragrant and I liked that it wasn't too sweet. No complaints here! This shop also serves mochi donuts and if you stop by, you have to try one! I decided to try the ube and the milk tea mochi donuts and I am really excited to try out the other flavors! The chewiness of the donuts was just right and they're so fun to eat too. You can order these treats in half a dozen or a whole dozen! I think these would make such great gifts or treats to bring to friends and family. I genuinely can't wait to come back and order more! This is definitely a new favorite spot of mine in the area.

Our visit to Dragon Tea and Mochi Donuts in Mamaroneck, NY was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance. We kicked off our experience with the Matcha Strawberry Latte – a beautifully crafted drink that not only looked stunning but also delighted our taste buds with its perfect blend of flavors. The Milk Tea with boba was a dairy-free delight, and the Brown Sugar Latte with almond milk was an absolute standout – rich, creamy, and oh-so-satisfying! But let's talk about those mochi donuts – fresh, fluffy, and downright addictive! Each bite was a burst of flavor, and we couldn't get enough. It's wonderful to see that Dragon Tea and Mochi Donuts offers dairy-free options like almond milk and oat milk, catering to various dietary preferences. Special shoutout to Gael for his exceptional service and for recommending some fantastic teas – your attention to detail and hospitality truly made our visit memorable! Overall, Dragon Tea and Mochi Donuts exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our next visit. If you're in Mamaroneck, this charming spot is a must-visit for tea lovers and mochi donut enthusiasts alike! There are also locations in the Bronx and NYC!

Unpleasant experience ans got food poisoning the following morning , I’ve been sick as a dog. The young ladies def need some coaching on customer service , not to take away they were kind but unfortunately delayed our order due to them forgetting our donuts . It was all of two customers w ourselves included and the guest who arrived after left prior which caused concern and when asked about order the women admitted to forgetting but made a odd comment stating “they didn’t know we ordered donuts” the comment was off putting to my husband and left him disgruntled with the entire experience. They were out of mochi as well and maybe now it’s best bc I def can confirm food poisoning. Also question for management is it standard practice to double the packaging w two donuts bc it seems like cross contamination risk esp if someone has an allergy I would suggest this be changed immediately if it is the protocol bc unfortunately that too was disappointing to my spouse and was truly enough to not return unfortunately. Much room for improvement team hope this feedback is used constructively not looked over as a upset guest and brushed under the rug bc it does truly impact the guest experience

This is my favorite Bubble tea spot in all of Westchester County! I even drive out of my way to come here, because I enjoy the great service and quality products. There are so many bubble tea combination and options to choose from, as well as ways to customize with milk alternatives and different tea base offerings! They also serve delicious Mochi donuts made daily with ganache glazing, and have the tastiest soup dumplings for when you need a quick bite! The best part about this place is the service! The owner Sean is so aware of his customers and extends a warm welcome and the utmost undivided attention with every guest that walks through the door. The other staff members are also very knowledgable and welcoming, always working quickly to prepae your drinks. They do get busy, but that's because it's so good! Staff works their hardest to provide the best service whether its in store or preparing online orders. Definitely check them out if you can! I'm a big fan of their Roasted Tie Guan Yin milk tea, due to it's strong roast, and earthy note, not to mention the caffeine, paired with almond milk and boba pearls. If you're not into dairy, I would recommend any of their fruit teas, all delicious and customizable! My favorite is the Mango Jasmine Green tea with black boba pearls and...
