My go to go plate here is mix Chofan and quipe because is the most rare item to find over all and any Dominican restaurant here in the USA.
The Chofan is a Dominican Style Chinese Fried Rice that's bold on flavor and can honestly feed a big hispanic family. Chofan is like fried pork rice but in crack, you also can add others proteins like chicken, beef and shrimp. Normally I order with beef and chicken, the amount of rices and proteins is super generous over here and the taste is super similar the one I had back in Dominican Republic.
