Please have your employees fix their attitude. I wanted to get coffee, didn’t know they were closing, ( mind I saw people sitting inside) when i went to register this girl had so much attitude and huffing and puffing, I couldn’t even finish saying what order i wanted, she kept rushing me and my husband, mind i always get same coffee in every coffee shop i go to). Once we both said what we wanted, she Told me we are closing in 3 minutes with whole attitude. Like okay understandable you close in 3 minutes but why are you giving me attitude for? You can either say im sorry we don’t serve coffee since we are about to close, or have door closed 5 minute before you close the store.

I’m not sure what was a name of the girl but it was 3/29/2025 approximately 5:50pm. She needs to learn how to be professional and polite to customers, and not create whole scene and throw whole attitude because you want to...

I’m a local, I live and work in town and have been coming here for years now. It used to be that even when it was busy, the service was warm and friendly. There is always music playing, but it used to be a calm coffee shop vibe that was great for sitting and working or chatting with friends. I don’t know what happened but the change in staff has been awful. It’s a bunch of teenagers behind the counter. They’re rude and barely engage with the customers. My friend and I have both received the wrong order multiple times. When she asked to have it fixed, they rolled their eyes.

The music is loud, and seems to usually be rap or something else. It’s not the kind of music you can sit and enjoy. It’s the opposite of inviting in there now.

I used to go there 3-4 times a week and I avoid it now. It’s really disappointing to see because it’s really the only coffee...

This place is everything! Absolutely in LooooOoOoOoOoove with the whole menu and the pastries.

Right in the heart of cold spring, this little coffee house has the best croissants (even vegan ones available) and the most amazing coffee. At the moment due to covid they’re only doing takeout. It’s so easy to do right through a cute little window and ordering is fast and easy.

The almond croissant was my favorite but then again so was the everything but the bagel with cream cheese. Sooooooooo goood!!!

There’s little chairs outside in case you want to drink your coffee at the spot otherwise you could totally walk to the benches with the gorgeous view just a few steps away.

Bottom line, can’t wait to come here when you can get the full experience. In the meantime, it’s a b s o l u t e l y worth IT. Croissants are out...

I don't want to leave an extremely negative review because I didn't even try anything here, but it's worth noting that I waited for 15 minutes on line, super excited to try something here, but while I was waiting on line, I noticed that flies were going in and out of the display and landing on the bakery items on the top shelf. I was still going to stomach it and hope that they weren't landing on the jelly donuts on the bottom shelf, but when I finally got to the front of the line, I noticed that there was a fly on one too. I ended up just walking out after waiting so long and was super disappointed because I actually wanted to try one. You guys should really get a display case with a sliding glass door on the back. This would have been two separate health code violations in NYC.
