Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Plattsburgh

So dont get me wrong on a normal basis I would definitely rate starbucks coffee 5 stars and honestly I rate there employees 5 stars for sure. The thing that I dont understand is how a multi billion dollar company can allow there employees and customers to struggle having to hand brew everyone's coffee and making people have to wait twice as long to get hand brewed coffee that most the time is cold anyhow. Like seriously? I run a small taxi service and this reminds me of like telling my drivers that hey the cars are broke down so you are going to have to use a manual scooter to go pick everyone up for a phew months.
