We were on our way back to Canada and happened to stop by for a quick bite. The manager, Colton was by far the most welcoming Subway employee we had ever met. Having been to countless Subways over the years to satisfy my children's cravings, this visit was the best ever. Despite the fact that it was near closing, his patience with my "picky" kids was exceptional. We had a great conversation while he prepared the food, making us feel that he really cared about us. I can't say that I have encountered this before. He was efficient, but yet mindful to not make us just another number coming through the door. The food was fresh and well put together. I felt like we were regulars in a small town restaurant, where everybody knows your name. Colton definitely made the trip to Subway an exceedingly special one. I have travelled extensively and realize top level service when I see it. I was compelled to write this because I left the Subway in awe of my experience. Colton's exceptional demeanor, courteous attitude and attention to detail in providing us our meal made this our most memorable visit to a Subway. I can't thank him enough! It's not only about the food, it's about the character of the individual behind the counter. That impression he created with not just myself, but my whole family. Thanks Colton, and Subway!

Read moreShow up at 8:30 & gate is closed, came back after i bought Wal-Mart things. Ordered 2 coffee & sub, told no sugar while they are in a WAL-MART! He says we can't buy anything here for customers. Sure you can. Every small biz buys product at Sam's, bj's and W-M. So I went and bought a new sugar and came back and told him it's for the customers. I also showed him it was new and unopened. He says "we cant take that". The manager should of done this for their customers but he doesn't care about customers. I've just about summed up everything wrong with customer service in a paragraph.
