Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Queensbury

I've been a regular at dominos for decades and this dominos since they opened. At this particular Domino's more often than not the order is messed up, but they would replace the item. However, this last visit will be my last. The order was late and half the items were inedible, like missing whole ingredients (common place here) I called to request a refund for the bad items since it was too late for them to make it and bring it back, and the manager claimed she could credit at the store or remake them. I asked if she could credit my dominos account and she said they would not. I told her I wanted my money back for the items if that was the case and she refused. I asked who her manager was, and she claimed to be the highest manager in NY told me if I had a problem I could call corporate and then hung up on me. Corporate has not returned my emails or phone calls, so needless to say I'll be switching away from dominos going forward. I highly suggest not ordering food from this...

This place is the most unprofessional, racist, unwelcoming I have ever seen. My family and I came on vacation to lake George. We scouted around a few blocks and found this Dominos. We were never greeted properly The guy at the register had disdain written all over his face when he saw my family and I because we are black and Muslims. I asked him about meat options since we don’t eat pork. But he lied to us and sold us pork without our knowledge. The next day he purposely messed up our order. Saying I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I am disgusted, shocked and appalled by this kind of lack of humanity in this 21rst century. If I could leave it a 0 star. I would. If I could give these people a negative 0, I would. They lack professionalism and communication, not to mention no regard for me and my children. We order food and waited over an hour and a half. When I spoke to the driver, I ask that the wings be extra crispy. The driver hung up the phone on me and canceled my order. When I realized what took place, I called, and the person on the phone tried to tell me the driver didn't like my tone, so they canceled my order without contacting me. As I express to them, what they did was unjustified. He begins to talk about race like that was supposed to change the narrative Of the story. They should seek to hire people who want to be there and understand the population...
