We have been coming to this particular Domino's for over 2 years. Until recently we were very happy with the service and food. Starting in early July we had a pizza that was made incorrectly, and was not discovered till we were 10-15 minutes away at home. We phoned and were told we would receive a free pizza next time. We placed an order on July 27th and asked for our free pizza, and were given one. When we got home again one of the pizzas were made wrong, (wrong crust) so another phone call, and again promised a free pizza next time. On August 8 I called to order and asked for our free pizza and one other 7.99 pizza. I was told my total would be $10+. I said that didn't sound right and Adam told me my pizza was 9.99. I said it should be 7.99 plus tax. "I'm already giving you a free one" was his reply. I will not explain how the conversation went from there, suffice to say I hung up and my husband called back. He spoke to the manager who explained what Adam had done wrong and would make our pizzas himself. We picked them up, drove home, and opened my pizza to discover it too was wrong. I have a photo of the pizza, in the box with the label showing gf pizza, onion, pepper and mushrooms and i had a cheese only pizza in the box. My husband again called to complain and they promised another free one next time. So tonight, 8/29, he called to order and was told we already received our free pizza from 7/27. He tried to explain that this was from 8/8. In which the reply was "not sure why you keep ordering from us if we keep screwing it up" You are right young man. I am a small restaurant owner myself. Read moreOrdered food on the app to be delivered. Waited an hour after it was supposed to be delivered then called domino’s & the girl gave an attitude. When asked how they would make it right for having to reorder the food, a free 2 litter was offered. That was ok with me & waited another 30 mins. Still did not receive the food or a call back to inform me. So I called back yet again (second time calling), was told to wait for the manager. So I did, left on hold this time for over 15 mins only to find out that my order was cancelled.
When I was finally able to speak to manager, I was told that I supposedly cursed at the girl over the phone. The manager did offer to give us a remade pizza if we showed up to pick them up. So I did.
While at pickup I still claimed I did not curse at anyone at pickup & asked the manager in person to review the audio call transcript. He said he would look into it but may wouldn’t be able to pull the audio from the call all a of sudden.
When leaving, the entire staff but the manager was outside of the store, being loud & carrying on. The manager basically said that it’s in our best interest that we do not return to this location. He did seem to make the excuse for the young women that she doesn’t just accuse people & she’s been there 2 years.
Very horrible customer service. I did not know Dominos makes a habit of accusing customers of cursing after they screwed up an order and make customers wait almost 3 hours to receive...
Read moreI recently ordered from this location. I ordered a salad and they didn't have the dressing so I did not accept the salad. The driver said they would remove and refund it from my order and someone would call me to confirm this happened. I did not receive a call so I waited to see what ended up being charged on my card. This took a couple days to change from pending to cleared. I then called the store because they did not refund the salad. A guy answered and said I would need to call back after 4pm when a manager is there. I'm busy so I didn't end up calling back that day. I called again another day after 4 and was transferred directly to the manager. I explained the situation and he said he would give me another salad (that I would have to pick up) or a credit for one and this is my only option. This is not acceptable for me as I do not eat with them but like once a year. It was not my fault and they did not do what they said they would by the driver. To me they stole from me. I was then hung up on. I called back to ask the name of the manager so I could let corporate know what is happening. He would not give me his name so I asked the store number. He told me he wouldn't give me that either and then hung up on me a second time. This is extremely unprofessional and he did nothing to take care of this situation.
