I went today to get me ice cream in shield I payed for it and then went to fridge to get 2 big ice cream container I went to pay I drop my shield ice cream and she didn’t bother to come and clean the floor I clean and cleared everything from the floor and she didn’t say nothing when she see me clean the floor and remove the ice cream from the floor she was waiting for me to finish what she supposed to do instead of me cleaning usually if you in store and accident happened they don’t let you do anything they will say don’t worry about it I will take care of it if you’re drop something on floor but this one she don’t care and she was wearing a. Love their products. Ordered 2 cakes and paid for them online. One women was working alone, scooping big orders for 4 people. She was a hard worker but it took her some time. Two women walked in, acted like owners, and started wiping crumbs and cleaning sinks. I waited in line for over 25 minutes behind just 3 people.........one customer behind me left in disgust. The two women behind the counter spoke to the worker but never looked at or acknowledged the customers. When I asked for my cakes there was some misunderstanding, perhaps language barrier, and the worker disappeared for minutes to look for my cakes, one by one. The "owners" never looking up, could have gone in back for cakes to help out. $67 purchase and they let me and the worker struggle. I will never go back to that location and will contact the corporate office about their total disregard...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I just went there and ordered their new boba drink and the guy gave me a half full drink zero boba like there's no boba inside the drink and it looks disgusting. I was about to throw up. I was going to go ask the guy if I could return it when I was too embarrassed. I'm never going to this Baskin-Robbins again. they got to fire that guy and get a new person. so messed up I hate that place zero out of 5. The guy even had to look at a booklet just to figure out how to make it and he still made it wrong I thought workers are supposed to know how to make things. Yeah there might be syrup in the cup but there's literally no boba and that's syrup looks so disgusting. If you want a good drink go to any other place but this...
