By far the worst experience I’ve EVER had at little Caesars. I came here 2/22/25. First thing’s first: there was 1 younger guy, 1 older guy, and a lady with blonde hair leaving when I arrived. I had called and placed the order around 7:00pm, I went to go and get it at 7:15. Not only was my order not ready, my name wasn’t even in the system. The older guy and I went back and forth. He was nice enough but later in this situation the two guys were talking s* in the back. Keep in mind, I had gotten there no later than 7:20. I wasn’t helped for at least another 10 mins. The guy finally got to me, and that’s when we went back and forth. We had ordered a cheese hot & ready and a round pizza with sausage, cheese and bacon, along with 2 orders of breadsticks. There had been multiple people who came in, ordered and got their food well before I did. I was waiting for 30 minutes (on top of the 15-20 I already waited). When I saw that it was almost 8 I went and asked what was going on, visibly frustrated. I finally received my order at 8:30. the sausage, bacon, and cheese was fine. But the 2 orders of breadsticks could have been used as weapons. Finally, my simple cheese hot and ready was given to me as a pepperoni hot and ready. You have to be kidding me… I waited over an hour for my whole order to be messed up. But that’s not the kicker… I try to call them and I get routed to a call center, the call center didn’t do anything besides try to transfer me to this location. It must have taken another 40 mins on the phone between getting transferred from the call center and this location only to once again, not be helped. The guys in there were even saying how the lady jumped ship and it was crappy of her to let them go on their own… these guys tried it wasn’t necessarily their fault, but they could have helped me more and definitely should have gotten my order right. I will be coming in to talk to a manger. I wish I could show Yall how loud and how hard this bread is but it doesn’t let...
Read moreI have visited this Little Caesar's location multiple times over the past three months, and each visit has highlighted the urgent need for corporate intervention. The establishment is consistently dirty and noticeably understaffed, with only two employees MAYBE three if you’re lucky present every time. Typically, one person manages the back while another handles the front, but the front-of-house employee is always overwhelmed by the sheer volume of orders.
Enjoy walking in, and waiting for 5-10 minutes before you’re even acknowledged of entering the establishment. Then once they take your order, prepare to be given back your change and no words exchanged. No receipt. No Thank you. Just gives change and walks away. Am I good to go? Are you grabbing something? Who knows!
The "Hot-N-Ready" promise is non-existent here. It's more like "Hot-N-Wait," with wait times stretching to 45 minutes or more. While I don't mind waiting, it's frustrating when my order is incorrect despite specific instructions—like receiving meat on a pizza when I explicitly requested none.
As I write this, two customers have just returned with the wrong pizzas. This seems to be a recurring issue, underscoring the need for more staff or better management. Even ordering through the app has proven unreliable; my order was once given to someone else because they received the wrong pizza and were allowed to take mine to avoid further waiting.
Right now, there are eight people in line waiting to place their orders, while the two employees are frantically trying to prepare food for the sixteen customers who arrived earlier. I actually feel really bad for them as i’m sure they have no other choice but to take the pressure and try to pump out as much food as possible as quickly as possible. This place has potential, but it's clear they need more help to run smoothly or else it will continue down hill and lose...
Read moreIf you are a woman, never go to this location! I placed an online order through the app, I drove to go pick it up, I parked right in front of the windows so I could easily see when my order was ready. This white guy, about maybe 5’7”, with brown curly hair, he was wearing a hat. He locks eyes with me while I’m in my car, he then places the pizza on the second to last shelf on the bottom, in the pizza portal closest to the counter. (there were no other pizzas in both of the pizza portals) I saw my name so I decided to walk in and grab it. I Put the code in to open the door, I bent over to grab it, and he walked to the middle of the two registers, leaned onto the counter and I heard him make a light moan type of groan, I peek to my left and there he is staring at me, I know what I was wearing is not important but for reference I’m wearing Pokémon pj pants, and a tank top. This is inexcusable behavior. He very clearly was making me uncomfortable. I was in shock I so I walked out and didn’t say anything because I was scared. And all this happened while there was a man standing right next to him. This was the first time I went into this location alone, normally my boyfriend comes with me. I’m so pissed and unbelievably upset that they have an employee gooning over a woman trying to grab her pizza. What the actual hell! This was at 7:24 Thursday, September 18th. All of this happened and the pizza was mid, with barely any crust to be seen. I’m very disappointed (Ignore that half the pizza was gone I forgot to take a photo and was...
