I’m giving this a five star because I love Bespoki bowl but my last two poke bowls have been almost inedible and unfortunately they were both made by the same employee - and I think some training and/or appreciation for the craft is needed. The first bowl I got a few weeks back was absolutely drowning in sauces, I couldn’t even eat more than a bite of the lettuce or rice of my half and half. The onions were huge giant chunks or the center of the entire onion. I ended up tossing most of that bowl. Tonight, I got the same thing, I picked it up to go like last time so I don’t see them until I get home. The avocado was still attached to the skin and not only was it a tiny sliver, it was completely brown. Through and through dark brown, not just a tinge. I tossed it, tried the seaweed salad next and it had an odd taste and now at this point I’m feeling weird about the fish so I toss that and eat the rest of the bowl. Bespoki bowl I love you and have been loyal for years but two times in a row is crazy compared to prior never once having had a bad poke bowl from you. Your employee needs to care about the food as...

Placed an order for pick up at 7:33pm, supposed to be ready at 8:03pm. After searching like crazy for parking in Troy, I did get there a little early 7:55pm. Waited until 8:10pm for someone to acknowledge me, told them I was there to pick up an order, gave him my name, and his response oh yeah he ordered shrimp, I was just going to call him, we can’t make his order we are out of shrimp. Like I was a delivery person. Guess what I am him and I have been waiting here for 15 minutes and placed my order about 40 minutes ago, cancel my order then and I left. 8:26 pm I get a phone call, hi I am calling about your order, I wanted to tell you we are out of shrimp. Guess what, I already knew that, I was already there waiting for my meal and couldn’t have it. Almost 1 hour after placing my order was when they decided to call and inform me. Seems liked there is no communication there amongst the staff. I did get a lot of I’m sorry over the phone but I’m sorry is not going to get me the time back I wasted. Way to make a...

I had the most incredible lunch today at Bespoki Bowl, it truly blew my mind and raised my standards for lunch in Downtown Troy. I had the spicy pork lunch box. If you eat-in, it is served in a delightful golden tin box. Within this box is a generously seasoned mix of spicy pork, pickled veggies, a delicious fried egg, and the best damn sticky rice I've had in years. I waited just a few minutes extra than expected for my food and saw several orders leave the door that came after me, so I approached the counter. Just a minute later, I was given my food, an apology, and an explanation for the wait. Turns out the chef accidentally popped the yolk on the first try and was determined to serve me the dish as it was intended. I respect this honesty and quest for quality so much. It absolutely influenced my experience with the meal. Can't wait to go back and bring others with...

This was an Uber Eats delivery that exceeded my expectations. I truly hit the jackpot with my selection. The BBQ tacos were nothing short of exceptional, bursting with flavor and served with a generous portion that left me satisfied. The pork belly bao was a delightful surprise, showcasing thick, succulent slices of pork belly that melted in my mouth. The make-your-own tuna poke bowl was a vibrant medley of fresh ingredients, perfectly crafted to match my specific preferences. Each bite was a flavorful adventure. Without a doubt, I would order from this place again in the future.

First time today. Tried the pork bowl. Best bed of white rice ever. Nice and sticky. Pork was plentiful, cooked perfectly and well spiced. The romaine lettuce on top of the rice was a nice addition. Fast, friendly and modestly priced. A great dine in experience. Treat yourself today. Return Visit- Second visit got the Spicy Pork bowl again and it was just as good. Third Visit- Tried the Spicy Pork plate which has more pork but for me the bowl is the way to go. Having the bed of rice underneath the romaine and sauce(s) and pork provided the best taste of EVERY bite.

All the things you love about sushi in a deconstructed bowl. I got mine on a bed of rice with three proteins. You pick your sauce, and toppings, and just go to town! There are a couple of premium add on's that cost a bit more, but all in all every topping has its place in my bowl! Find what works for you, and for under $20 a bowl (it's a BIG bowl) you will have more than enough food for even your hungriest moments. Enjoy trying new combinations and new sauces too!
