I recently had the misfortune of dining at Carrabbas and was served by Aaron, who delivered one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that this wasn’t going to be a good experience. Aaron approached our table with an uninterested attitude and didn't even greet us properly. He seemed more focused on chatting with his coworkers than actually doing his job.
We asked for water, and it took about 10 minutes to bring it over, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. When another woman finally brought it, she didn’t bother placing the glasses in front of us – she just dropped them on the edge of the table like she couldn’t care less. When we pointed this out, Aaron barely gave an apology.
When it came time to order, Aaron knew the menu well, but his attitude was condescending and impatient. Every time I asked a question, instead of being helpful, he gave off this smug vibe like I should have already known the answer. He rattled off information quickly and didn’t seem interested in whether we understood or not.
After waiting for what felt like forever, our food finally arrived—and, of course, it was wrong. Aaron brought out the completely wrong dish for my friend, and when we told him this wasn’t what we ordered, he seemed annoyed, like it was our fault. He didn’t even apologize and instead said, “Well, this is what the kitchen made, so you might as well try it.” Excuse me? Trying to make us eat something we didn’t even order was beyond unprofessional.
After we insisted on getting the correct meal, Aaron huffed and walked away without saying anything. It took another 10 minutes for the right dish to come out, and by then, the rest of our food was cold. No one bothered to check on us in the meantime. Aaron was nowhere to be found. We flagged down another server just to get some condiments, as Aaron never returned.
On top of all of this, Aaron's attitude was consistently rude throughout the meal. He barely made eye contact, seemed in a hurry, and didn’t once ask if we were enjoying our food or if we needed anything else. It was as if he had no interest in being there, and it really affected our overall experience.
To add insult to injury, when the bill finally came, we noticed that Aaron had charged us for the dish we never ordered in the first place! We had to ask for it to be corrected, and once again, Aaron acted like we were inconveniencing him. He took his time adjusting it and didn’t even bother apologizing for the mistake.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, all thanks to Aaron’s complete lack of professionalism and care. It's clear that he either needs additional training or should consider a different line of work. I won’t be returning to Carrabbas, and I’ll be telling others to avoid it unless they want to deal with this kind of horrible service.
It’s a shame because the food wasn’t bad, but with service like that, it’s...
Read moreThe food here was pretty good. However the service was lousy. While we had no issues getting seated the issues with this restaurant started soon after.
The staff was disorganized. After our server greeted us and we requested waters and time to look over the menu, another employee approached us with drinks, sodas, that were not our waters. A second unknown employee brought us waters and bread a few minutes later. Following that our server returned with our waters. So no idea how that happened. Two waters from different people.
A few minutes after ordering our food, we were approached by yet another staff member with food that was no ours. About 5- ten minutes later we got the salads that came with our meals. Shortly after our server stopped by and my date requested to sample two different wines. It took over 20 minutes to get the sample of the wines we requested, at which time we placed an order for drinks. Our food was delivered about 10 minutes after getting the wine sample, and us placing a wine order. We ate, and conversed, forgetting about our wine. Finally some 30 minutes after ordering wine, we requested boxes to package our leftovers so we could leave. This was when our wine order finally came. Before leaving we were approached by yet another staff member trying to bring us drinks, again soda, which were not ours.
I can not believe how disorganized this restaurant was. I will not be returning.
I would not recommend this Carrabba's.
In addition there was a worker (said his name was Steve), bothering the older couple at the table behind us. I over heard him saying that he wanting to live with the people, as they had a pool in their house. At one point he just stopped and stared at me and by date for almost 15 seconds with out saying anything. This came off as creepy and super...
Read moreI came here November 11, 2025 for Veterans Day and was treated extremely rudely by the server Brandon and the Assistant Manager Aaron.
When I arrived and asked about the Veterans Day special (free appetizer or free dessert), Brandon said he was not aware of it and could only offer me 10% off heroes discount. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he didn't want to bother her because she's "in a bad mood".
He brings the assistant manager, Aaron to my table. I pull up the veteran meal information on Carrabas website. Brandon said sarcastically to Aaron, "If it's on Google, I guess it's true." Aaron and Brandon both comment on my Army jacket and sarcastically say, "Well she's got the jacket."
I put in my order for an appetizer and tea.
Aaron walks away. I approach him and show him my military ID and I tell him I am a 47 yr old retired veteran and I dont appreciate the sarcasm and unprofessionalism. It is not my fault they are unaware of the veterans day deal. It is also not my fault that their manager is "in a bad mood". He still refuses to get the manager. He tells mr that this is a casual restaurant so they speak to their customers casually. I told him I considered the restaurant nice and professionalism should be practiced no matter how casual he considers it. He also said I was the only vetern
I ask another female server to get the manager. She does.
I speak to Kris about everything. Brandon leaves the table he is serving to address me and say, "I didn't say she was in a bad mood " He did.
I told him not to address me like that. He continues to walk through the restaurant telling his other coworkers that I am "talking shit". He continues to be abusive in his language, yelling through the restaurant.
These extremely rude "men" should have been fired...
