I went here for lunch yesterday. It was about as busy as you’d expect at around 1 pm on a Wednesday. Despite their business, I decided to wait in line to order with a person rather than at the kiosk. I had time to kill and wanted to talk to someone as far as what to get, as it was my first time there. When I got up to the counter, the girl taking my order was very kind and helpful in choosing what to get. After conversing back and forth for a minute, I decided to try their Two Hands Dog with mozzarella. I got my order number and waited for them to call it. I’d read reviews online previously that had mentioned a longer wait time, but as I said, I had time to kill. And honestly, the wait time isn’t bad at all given the fact that they make it all fresh. If you peer over the glass, you can see them rolling the dogs in the toppings and putting them in the fryer. The wait time only grew my anticipation to try the food! When I finally got my order, it was piping hot. And let me tell you, THE CHEESE PULL!! It’s rare where something tastes even better than it looks, but this was definitely the case with the Two Hands dog. The seasoning sand a beautiful medley with the flavors of the ranch and the cheese. Ever bite was sweet and savory and it was perfect. I must have downed it in 5 minutes, it was that good. The only note I have is that I do wish there was more seating for people to wait for their orders, but they seem like they’re doing their best with the space they’re working with. Overall, Two Hands was an incredible experience and I can’t wait to go back again to try...
Read more1st time visit, placed my order online. Service was awful, I walked in and approached counter. Totally ignored then guy walked up to counter looking at floor entire time refusing to make eye contact did something on a tablet walked away. This happened twice absolutely refusing to acknowledge me. 3rd time I just said excuse me he looked up and I said I did a mobile order. He just pointed to side and said over there. So I walked to side and waited for order. A group of 4 walked in and must have been their first time as well I heard them say we love corn dogs we have to try this. The lady walked up and said hi to him as he was on the tablet again ignoring her and he just said go to the kiosk... I guess they want all orders there. Be nice if they had instructions for that. Butvunstead there is a sign in register saying "if we have a long line please use the kiosk to order" there was no line store was empty... gee wonder why.....Finally got my food and went back to hotel opened up and they looked delicious.... they are awful... ordered the 5 pack to try different ones and all awful. First insides were cold, breading was soo thick and inside undercooked. Outside tasted old, the fryer grease must be very old and has not been changed. Has that old burnt grease taste. Very dissatisfied took about 2 bites out of each and pitched them. Service awful wish I didn't do the online tip thing and food awful. Don't think I'll be back and a shame as I love corn dogs... guess I'll stick with the frozen ones I buy from Meijer until the fair comes...
Read moreI want to start with the food was perfectly fine, It tasted great. When we arrived we stood there for at least 10 minutes because of a group using the Kiosk, which wasn't my issue, they're obviously free to take their time and get what they want... My issue were the kids standing in the back clear as day as people are waiting to order, but no one willing to move the line along and get others orders, It wasn't until we started using the kiosk where someone finally decided to help others at the actual register. I ordered a Custard Boba, which apparently they were out of so I had to get a Milk Tea... If something is out of stock it should be marked in some way, I can get a normal milk tea quite literally anywhere I specifically went there wanting to Try the custard boba. While were were sitting there eating one of the workers began cleaning tables.. which is fine its part of his job, what I didn't realize was part of his job was slamming the chairs and making an insane amount of loud noises. This not only makes people feel rushed, but its disruptive and rude to customers. The bathroom was disgusting, toilet paper all over the ground, toilet itself was dirty you could see the human waste stains down the front of it and all over the bottom of the toilet seat, they clearly didn't clean it at all throughout the day. I guess I wouldn't feel as frustrated if they had actually been busy and weren't sitting in the back on their phones which is clear as day the moment...
