We reserved a table for 20 for a small retirement party, 3 people called in advance and spoke to Eric, and a few other staff members to make sure it would not be an issue if we were over 20 guest. We were told that would not be an issue, since our reservation was at 11:30. The reservation was for 20, and my co-worker did a head count, and made a list. We had 27 people.
It turned into an issue with Jeff the GM, and Jeff seemed angry that there were over 20 paying guest, and angrily told me I would have to pay the $300.00 room fee. Jeff, then proceeded to tell me that it would have been ok if we had only been over by one table. If we had been given that information on the multiple calls we would have just reserved the room.
When sending out an email for a luncheon sometimes people just decide to show up! Which is why we asked on multiple occasions if that would be an issue. We were never told, it would be an issue if we occupied more than one additional table. The bill was over $900.00, and we were charged $200.00 for an event. Once they decided to charge the additional $200.00, they could have at least moved us to the empty event room.
We will NEVER visit this establishment again. Communication is key in situations like this. If we had been given the information we needed on one of the 3 to 4 phone calls, we could have avoided the angry management and additional charge. The waitress was very good and deserves the $200.00 we were charged.
After this review, and several conversations, the $200.00 room fee...

Was in between the chicken parmigiana and pizza. The waitress told me if it’s my first time then to go with the authentic Italian thin crust pizza. That’s what we did.
The pizza was as described. Thin crust. Pizza. It was a bit soggy in middle due to all the cheese. The dough and bread was great. A bit salty from all the cheese. I’d try another pizza or chicken parmesan next time, personally.
The dry rub wings came out first as an appetizer. I’ve had dry rub wings many times but these tasted very salty to me. 6 wings to an order. Came with a nice spicy dipping sauce.
Had to save room for dessert. Had a baby chocolate chip cannoli and it was pretty good. Solid flavor of all the ingredients and came together well.
The highlight of the meal for me was the chocolate chip cookie. Perfectly baked where the inside was gooey and soft and the outside had nice crust. Would def get this again and again!
They have a space on the side for events which is nice. I think there is a graduation party happening at the moment (congratulations, whoever you are!!).
The staff is friendly. I always appreciate being able to see the fire oven making the baked goods and it’s clearly on display...
Read moreI’m sad to say, that I’ll probably not visit this establishment again after my experience last night. I was really looking forward to dining there, as this would have been my first time back since Covid hit. I called the restaurant at 4:45 yesterday to see if the outdoor patio was open. My family is high risk, despite being fully vaccinated, so dining outdoors is a must for us when going out. I was put on hold, then promptly told that yes, the patio was indeed open for customers, and that I was welcome to come in to dine, and to ask to be seated outside. Imagine my surprise when I arrived two hours later, only to be told that no, I absolutely COULD NOT dine out on the patio, because there was a private party of 30 that was already reserved for the night. To say that I was angry, disappointed and heartbroken was an understatement! Seriously—why couldn’t they have just been honest with me, and let me know about the reserved party on the patio BEFORE we drove out there? It’s clearly evident that there’s a lack of communication among the staff. I was so looking forward to a nice evening there, as this used to be one of my favorite, and most frequented dining establishments. Sadly, I’m not sure I’ll...
