I sent my online order to this location by mistake and tried to have it transferred to the correct location on Crooks. I was told to call the Big Beaver location and get it voided so I can reorder it, which was no problem for me. I reached Joshua (manager) at Big Beaver location said per corporate he couldn’t do anything for me as the food was already made, couldn't comp it, void it, transfer the order, nothing. He asked to speak with the manager (Shirley) where I was at and told her he didn’t want lose money for his store and that SHE would have to comp it (even the the order was sent to HIS STORE). I was asked why I couldn't go to the other location to pick it up... I had 10 minutes left of my break and was in a rush to get back to work. This should have been a simple fix as I used to work in the food industry years ago, & I thought Joshua was very unhelpful. Read moreI walk in I grab a hot shot even though the cooler is covered, then this lady with light brown curly hair says we can’t sell that then she pauses and then starts giving me attitude about how I wasn’t supposed to grab it which is understandable but there’s no reason for you to be aggressive with a paying customer? I then just order the fresh hot shot but I notice that the same lady is just on the phone talking about drama with her friend all while talking over and making an acai bowl. Read moreI've been enjoying Beyond for years and although they recently removed one of my regular go-to items from the menu, I remain a loyal customer. I called a newer location in my area in a shot-in-the dark effort to see if they may have still carried my beloved Fuego Huevo. Adrianna regretfully let me know that they, too, had removed it from the menu. She could have ended the call right there as many other locations have when I called or visited.
However, Adrianna went above and beyond, no pun intended, put me on hold to find an old menu and walked me through how to construct the same wrap from the Build Your Own option, sans the sun-dried tomatoes. This is the epitome of customer service as far as I'm concerned. Because of Adrianna's dedication to a solution, I can now still order the wrap I've been longing for at any Beyond location.
