Dunkin' — Restaurant in Troy

The customer service was below acceptable. Upon entering the store, the employees seemed like they were having too much fun and didn't appear to care about our order. My cappuccino was made incorrectly. I ordered two and was half full (had absolutely no steam milk). When asked the employee (a young blonde girl with braided hair), she responded with attitude, grabbed the cup and added more milk to it. Went back a third time since it still wasn't foamy. I asked if she could please remake the beverage. She said "I already told you that the milk settles." I didn't appreciate the tone in her voice. I politely asked if she could remake it this time completely. She said "that's what I'm doing." I waited and received the remake. She set the beverage down without any comments and walked away. It was cold and not foamy at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and quality of beverage. I do not recommend this location. I will not be going back.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but there was never really one that was near where I lived. So I was excited when I seen that they built a new one near me the service is really good but every single time I order a drink they make it completely wrong they either add way too much sugar or not enough cream And they put wayy to much ice in my drink so make sure you say light ice then you will get the average ice and they don’t stir it well enough where I’m drinking the flavor up my straw every single time I order the same thing it’s made it completely different and every single time I get something to drink there my drink is kind of nasty where the coffee is bitter don’t know what it is but every single time I go there I do not have a good experience with my drinks I don’t recommend coming here they’re just gonna make your coffee wrong And my donuts were stale. But when I go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts I never have an issue with my coffee it’s made right it’s just this one I don’t know what it is but they need to get it right because I’m coming there to spend money. Horrible lady there today training people. I ordered an English muffin sandwich, asked for sourdough English muffins (which a girl told me they had and used for my order last time). She told me they didn’t have and put regular English muffin in screen (which honestly I think is the same). I told her it was fine. At window while she handed me sourdough bread sandwich and had immediate comment they were not going to remake. I hadn’t even said anything yet. She argued and said I was rude which I didn’t even respond other than the words no I asked for English muffin and told her I am here everyday for same thing, not sure why it is wrong when I said it was fine. I understand if the new staff does not know the menu and that was not a big deal, but you also need to teach customer kindness and service but this lady was off the wall and rude herself saying I was - just horrible.
