Mary, the lady working at the window was most irritated when I placed my order. She failed to get the entire order firstly. She ignored me when I asked for two double whoppers. The first was with extra cheese, only the sandwich. My gf was in the car and heard me clearly say to Mary "I would ALSO like another double whopper with extra cheese, onions and pickles with a large sprite." ALSO in the English language indicates something in addition. My ALSO was not acknowledged. Instead Mary misunderstood and sighed loudly as she thought I had changed my mind and ruined her life because I suddenly wanted a meal. I had asked for two whoppers, one of which was just the sandwich. The other was a full meal with extra onions, cheese and pickles. She asked me with great tiredness in her voice if I only wanted onions cheese and pickles on the SECOND whopper. Remember I said extra, which implies that I still want everything included with the whopper but extra cheese, onions and pickles. After that disaster, I pulled up and paid. Mary promptly thrusted my drink at me after running my card. She then didnt wait for me to roll down my window ( which I rolled up as I was cold) before thrusting the bag at me. I only discovered after pulling away I had been shorted a burger due to her terrifyingly atrocious listening skills and did not want to come back to sit through the same trainwreck I had to endure moments before. I simply went to another location where they were a million times more polite and listened to my order carefully. I had to pay a second time to get my girlfriend's meal because Mary wasn't having it today. I've seen teenagers half her age smile and be very kind and compassionate despite having a line of cars into the street at peak times. Clearly Mary is not cut out for such an "easy" job that clearly anyone can work. Maybe she should work a desk job where she can be as rude and sigh as many times as she likes. Perhaps the secretary of state. Would give negative or zero stars if that...

Even prior to the covid pandemic, you’d be hard-pressed to find a Burger King that didn’t run at a snail’s pace and charge ridiculous prices for what they sold. But flame broiled beef makes up for a lot of other shortcomings. That’s why we keep coming back.
My visit on 05/24/2023 was both frustrating and disappointing. About 15 minutes into the (drive thru) process, the lady ahead of me came to her senses and tapped out. If it’d just been food for me, I would have quickly followed. Total time in line (with two cars visible in front of me) took 35 minutes from start to finish. The added bonus of having to pull forward after paying while watching two other cars get their food over the course of 10 more minutes was teeth-grindingly maddening.
My meal order consisted of a Jr Whopper meal, 2 big fish meals, and an 8-piece nugget. It was only after getting home that I saw we’d not gotten the nuggets.
This was my daughter’s first time getting a Whopper, and she enjoyed it thoroughly. The rest of the meal, our fish sandwiches in particular, were substandard. There is nothing big about a Big Fish sandwich. Nothing flaky. They consisted of microwaved frozen fish patties on a flaccid bun. I can’t fathom what process could be so slow and yield such a reheated-sadness sandwich. The only thing that could have salvaged this meal would've been if The Marvelous Magical Burger King from 1978 swooped in and affected some culinary changes.
tl/dr version: Slow, expensive, incomplete order that reeked of disappointment on...
Read moreTerrible drive through experience today. Ordered a Garden side salad and 10 piece chicken nuggets. The lady taking order was in so hurry. Asked me for dressing in side salad and I opted Ranch dressing. She told me 4.72 USD bill to pay at 2nd counter. As I reached to the counter she opened the window and asked me to slide my credit card into card reader machine. I paid and in few moments she gave me the package and closed the window soon. I waited for recipes and after a follow up with her through shut window she finally gave it to. Now after coming to home, when I open the package, it doesn’t have the salad dressing in it, looked at bill to give feedback and then I realized she charged 7.72 for this order. Green salad base @5.79. In the last, the receipt given to me is not having any store information in it- upper portion torn. Only thing I can see is merchant Id mentioned on bill ( 456204255990) Not worried for few bucks and salad without dressing, but feeling cheated at such activity by Burger King...
