Worst service. I just returned from this store after being refused to take order by a boy on the counter. I reached to the store at 8.40pm. Store closes at 9.00pm. Lights were dimmed but I saw people working inside.
Me: can I place the order? Boy on the counter: we are closing. Me: you still have 20 min, can you take my order? Boy: we’re preparing to close. Can’t take order anymore. Me: oh, what time do you take the last order? Boy: we’re closing early today. And don’t have right size gloves to prepare the sandwich
(lol 😂 I can take ‘closing early’ argument but not having right size gloves!! Who cares… just prepare the the damn sandwich as long as you can cover your hands)
Me: my kids love JJ sandwiches but I guess they are sleeping hungry tonight (tried to be sarcastic) Boy: there is nothing I can do about it.
How can someone be so insensitive.. he returned 10yr old boy without sandwich even though my son kept saying ‘…but I still want to eat the sandwich. I am hungry… I made sandwiches for my kids at home. They slept full stomach.
Question to JJ owner- are you not teaching ethics to your employees? They should serve the customer without discrimination of color, race or faith. This is the nearest JJ to my house and I always had bad service experience. I guess it was my last visit...
Read moreI called at 11am thinking Jimmy Johns is "freaky fast" max 30 min they are 5 min drive from my office. The guy on the phone did not inform me of the wait, 40 min go by I call them asking where the order was he said she already left and should be there in 5 min which at this point I was still okay. Then when an additional 20 min passed with no food I was upset and I called back and the guy said "she left and is on her way, she has a lot of orders". I said "then why would you tell me she will be there in 5 min, in addition to why are you not warning me of the wait". Instead of providing customer service, he acted as if I was bothering him and complained how its hard to hire drivers these days. I'm not your business consultant, I'm a customer. In the initial conversation this guy told me that they will have my sandwich to me in 15 min...its been 75 min no food as I'm writing this. I'm starving on my lunch break and now its over. I tipped the driver $5 prior to the order on my card, which was a mistake. I will never be ordering from this Jimmy Johns again. I can walk to Canada faster than this shop can drop off...

I spoke with the manager who's over the entire operation and he informed me that their delivery is on on a Sunday and it's not supposed to be and he will have someone come and deliver my food to me. That's no problem we all make mistakes. I offered to come pick the food up and I'll just be refunded my tip and the delivery fee and he claimed that he had no other way of refunding me my money for the delivery fee and the tip and he would just send someone to drop the food off. I said okay, and I'll let it go. I then receive my food and it's dry. It had lettuces, chicken, and very little tomato. It looked as though they slice a piece of tomato off, cut it in half, and put one on one half of the sandwich and the other on the other half. There was no ranch dressing or any type of dressing on my sandwich. My drink looked as though it was made when I first ordered it so it was no ice when I received it. It was horrible to...
