I've been visiting this particular McDonald's intermittently over the past 15 years, and it has steadily declined in quality. While it used to be a reliable spot for a quick meal, things have taken a turn for the worse.

Firstly, the ice cream machine is almost always broken. This seems to be a common issue at many McDonald's, but at this location, it feels like they never bother to fix it.

The drive-thru lane is another major issue. The wait times are incredibly inconsistent—sometimes it's manageable, but other times I've found myself waiting for up to 15 minutes. This unpredictability makes it impossible to rely on for a quick meal.

Additionally, the accuracy of orders is poor. On multiple occasions, I've received the wrong food, such as someone else's hamburger instead of what I ordered.

Inside the restaurant, the service doesn't improve. During one visit, I waited 10-15 minutes for a simple order while a crowd of frustrated customers gathered around, all sharing stories about their negative experiences. It turns out this McDonald's has a local reputation for being the "bad one," which speaks volumes about its consistent underperformance.

Not a good experience the last couple times. Had to wait for over 15 min in the drive through at 9:30 PM because only one lane open and no indoor service. Weren't exactly busy only 4 other cars in line including mine. Service is also hit and miss. Ordered a daily double only to get home to find no patties on the sandwich. Went back today and ordered 2 Mcdoubles with no ketchup. Of course both had ketchup and where extra sloppy. Mayo and ketchup dripping from the sandwich. Tried calling to let them know. No answer and mailbox full. Also the employee at the window tried charging cash eventhough I paid through the app. When I questioned to make sure my card wasn't going to get charged he responded with I don't know and shrugged his shoulder then asked for cash again. Thank goodness someone else came back and explained to him it was already paid. Why would you put someone at the window when they can't answer simple questions. Same employee once told me he couldn't change my pick of sauce for mcnuggets because I already ordered them on the app. Eventhough I hadn't received my order. Unfortunately it seems like almost every time there is some issue at this location. If it wasn't so close would definitely go to a different location. Not trying to be hard on them but there has been multiple other occasions where something was wrong and just didn't bring it to anyone's attention. Kinda hard when they don't...

My boyfriend and I went to this location tonight, and I'm very disappointed with our experience and food. Firstly we were the only one in line at the time, and we waited a few minutes for someone to take our order. Another car showed up, and they were taken care of first. So that already had me annoyed. The girl that started to take our order cut me off and told me to pull up to the first window without explanation. So we pull up, and she asked to continue our order. She REPEATED everything I ordered correctly and said our total. I was shocked by it, but still paid it because she had repeated everything correctly. When she gave us the receipt, I looked it over and she put 2 of the wrong items that were much more expensive than what the original items should have been. When we pulled up to the window to pick our food up, I tired to explain that the order was wrong and that I was over charged. The girl was super confused by my simple statement, and tried to correct the wrong stuff. I told the girl to forget it, and just keep the order as is because I don't want them to mess anything else up. So after this we get our food home, and the burgers we ordered tasted horrible, and we couldn't even finish them. I would definitely skip this McDonald's and find somewhere else to go.
