Joe's Burgers Bridgeport Village — Restaurant in Tualatin

I stood there for a good 10-20 minutes in the cold waiting to order at the order here window and got ignored and stared at. There was two employees eating in the back and no one was wearing gloves. Finally a man came and asked what I wanted and before I could say anything a woman came and pushed him aside and in a rude voiced asked if I have ordered yet. She gave me horrible looks do to my appearance of a couple face piercings and messy hair. I asked if I could get a side of pickles and how much it would be. I have a ton of food allergies along with crones and can't eat a lot of things and she told me I couldn't because I had to order a burger. I then told her I couldn't do to food allergies and that I used to live by another joes and they would let me buy a small cup of pickles without any problem. She then scuffed and slammed the window in my face. Spend your money else where if you're in the area, they're rude and disrespectful and...

We dropped in for a late dinner around 8pm during a weekday and had a quick wait for a table. Staff were friendly and attentive. The burgers were very tasty, but I have to say the appetizers stole the show! In particular the corn dip is unbelievably delicious, our group was nearly licking the bowl for one last taste. The onion rings were unlike any of us had ever had before, light and airy, crispy and not heavy with oil. They had a very nice bite and didn't crumble all over the place. The onion stayed right in the ring and came off with every bite instead of hanging out of the ring while you're stuck with a mouth full of greasy batter like many others I have had. I don't think I will be able to eat another onion ring from anywhere else again! I would go back just for these two...

Fairly decent burgers and deep fried French fries and onion rings. Wished they had malt vinegar for dipping fries with. They had Ketchup for the kids. Drink was small cup and they only put a lil bit of ice which was appreciated vs the way some establishments do and it's all ice in a small cup. We waited probably at least 10-15 mins for our food to cook after ordering but only a few minutes to order around 5-7 mins in the queue, they said they were short staffed. We sat ourselves in their bistro style table and chairs and when our device lit up and beeped we were happy to pick up our order. Friendly staff from the one who took the order to the one who handed us our food. Great area close to shopping and nice area to walk around albeit construction is happening...
