MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Tualatin

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MOD PIZZA! I go to ze new one- across from Bridgeport now most times. This location is GREAT! I believe size wise it's bigger inside than the Lake Oswego location. I am always greeted, I've NOT had one staff person ever be rude, NOT acknowledge me as I come in ze front door- their welcome and good-bye have a nice day feel sincere. I like that. I also like the MOD size pizza- it's perfect for one adult. I think the mini they serve is a good fit for small kids- and what kid wouldn't want to make their own OR say what they want on it, watch and feel like they're big. Hmm...this sounds like a good idea - if they reconfigure their front they could build a platform and kiddos smaller could stand on and see. I think they could also shake it up and increase their choices like have dessert toppings. Fruit, cinnamon & sugar, pb & j, etc it cooks, then whip cream etc or chocolate drizzle. Really could make so many different ones. Just a thought I like their lemonades- miz the reg and the raspberry think that's the other, and it's D to z licious! Lol. The Bridgeport one, even when busy doesn't feel overcrowded or too loud. If you're lookin' for a tasty personal sized pizza at a decent prize you can have made any way with their ingredients - it's an excellent choice. I haven't had one yet, but their salads look very yummy and a big portion. There's higher seats and tables at BP location, lower tables and booths. Bathroom - in ze ladies anyway- is always clean and well kept up. Easy clean up and decent views. I believe there may be some outside seating in a couple areas if you like that. I go to Bridgeport usually and the LO location...

I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.

While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.

As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.

I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.

Huge shout-out to Jake and to the management team here — clearly, great leadership and a strong culture make all the difference. Highly recommend...

What has prompted this review was that as my pizza was ready, I grabbed it and accidentally ran into the pole right in front of the oven and dropped my pizza all over the floor in front of the whole place. The workers all saw and just looked at me as I cleaned it up off the floor. No one said a word to me. Nothing. Still haven’t. I’m still sitting here in the restaurant in disbelief that no one offered to help me clean up, no condolences, let alone trying to make it right by replacing my pizza or refunding me. No one even asked if I was ok. So, here’s everything else I see while sitting here fuming. There is garbage all over the floor behind the counter where food is being prepared, along with dirty toppings holders strewn all over the floor behind the counter as well. I give the food one star because I never got to taste it. If this is how customers are treated at MOD Pizza, then it makes sense that they are...
