Since moving to the area a few months ago, this Qdoba has been my go-to weekend spot. Their quesadillas were delicious but my favorite were the nachos.
With every trip I started to notice little things here and there, and the issues started to grow into bigger problems I could no longer ignore.
I noticed an older staff member (maybe he’s a manager) he’s there every time I go inside, and he’s always in the kitchen on the grill without gloves on. Although I have seen him wear gloves when he’s preparing orders, I’m not in there all day.
The ingredients haven’t looked or tasted as fresh like they were in my earlier visits. They don’t always drain the black beans like I ask, the cilantro rice taste bland, there are never any fresh bottles of sour cream. (EVERY TIME I ASK, THEY’RE ALWAYS SQUEEZING WHAT’S LEFT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE.)
I’ve noticed the cilantro isn’t been properly chopped, as I am constantly chewing on long stems when I eat. You are also given one small scoop of tortillas for all of the ingredients you add to your bowl.
The price recently went up from $8.50 to $8.85. It’s only $.35, but the taste and quality is lacking from their food. You can’t increase your prices, but decrease in flavor and your prep skills.

Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & They messed up the order. Do not order to go food from here. They will tell you the food is ready for pickup but when you come to the restaurant they will tell you to wait while they finish making the food. Here is a tip to the owners of this Qdoba, do not tell people lies. If the food is not ready yet do not lie and say that the food is ready for pick up. Wait until it is actually ready. I had to wait 15-20 min longer than I was supposed to. This location needs much better customer service and the middle aged woman with glasses has a rude attitude that needs to be changed or perhaps she could change careers to something that doesn’t make her rude to customers. If this happens again, I will not be back here.
Edit: seriously, do not order to go from here!!! The woman with the glasses spent an extra 20 min making a couple burritos and tacos (there was hardly anyone in line) and when the food was taken home and ready to be eaten they forgot one of the burritos! Who takes that long to make the food and then not even make all of it? Check all your to go orders yourself thoroughly because the people here are incompetent. Save your money...
Read moreI've debated writing this review for a long time. I've had mixed experiences, and I've eaten here several times over the last year. The service is occasionally good but usually mediocre. The food is usually OK, but every now and then, they have protein that sits out too long. My first really bad experience was when a rather rude woman was putting together a burrito bowl for me and she forgot the cilantro I asked for, I mentioned it to the woman at the cash register, she had been handling cash on the previous transaction with her gloves, and with those same gloves tried to add the cilantro, I stopped her before she could put it on my food and pointed out what she had just done. She realized what she was doing after that and took care of it. But that made me a little concerned about the hygiene of the restaurant. Another negative experience. I ordered a burrito with the brisket. Three bites in, I got an artery and a large chunk of vascular system. It also tasted off, I threw it away and didn't come back for a long time. The last time back consisted of dry chicken and rude service. I'm over this place. There are better options in the same building for...
