Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tualatin

I will never go back. This is l was not my first time ordering from here, but it will be my last. As I walked in the door, a lady was walking out the door, no food, visibily upset. As I walked in, I wondered what could have upset her so much. I would soon find out. I was greeted will a rude, sharp, snippy "I'll be with you in a minute" from the employee (who turned out to be the manager). From there, he just got rude). When he came to the counter, I had some questions about the specials, but he wanted to part of interacting with a customer, and he made sure I knew it. When I'd finally had enough, I asked for the name of the manager so I could complain. He informed me, that was him so it would do no good. So I asked for the name of the franchisee. He informed me it was NPC International in Kansas City, and they wouldn't care. I was blown back by his worse than rude attitude. Like the lady in front of me, I cancelled my order and left. I will never go back. It was late and most other Pizza places were closed. So I ordered two pizzas from 7/11. They weren't the best pizzas, but the employee was friendly and had no problem cooking them for us right then and there. I'll never go back to a Pizza Hut. I used to love going to the old sit down Tualatin location with my family. The customer service closed down with the old location. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Domino's. Round Table. 7/11. Papa Murphy's. Papa John's. Anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff there had no place working in customer service. I used to work in customer service. My wife works in it. I understand sometimes you get rude customers, and it can stress employees out. But whatever was bothering this manager, he should not have taken out in innocent customers. He has no place working in customer service let alone...

Customer service was great. Manager politely listened to to me rant and made note about my complaint. But the food quality is 1/10. Me and my older brother got sick after the first slice. I understand that there is gonna be grease, but this "Thing" not pizza was soaked with it. I tipped my box over the trash can and watched what felt like a pint of it just spill out. It looked good on top, but when I turned it over We're all like "Maannnnn! What the hell is that? is that my dead grandma?" If this "Thing" was a person, this person would be sick and dieing. And the crust, like the part you hold on to was "Okay" But the rest that held the thing together was almost non-existent... it was basically cheese I think and meat.. I think. I'm not sorry, but this "Thing" was just scary. Like it came from the movie "Thing" remember that movie? I wish I could have taken a picture and showed it to everyone because I would make a game of it. Is this food? and if so, what is it? You would never guess it would be pizza if I took a close up pic to the underside of this thing. PLEASE GET YOU QUALITY...

I don't normally write reviews but when I called the Tualatin location on SW Martinazzi Ave the person on phone had to take my order twice, the order as well as the delivery address. The first call was at approximately 7:20 pm on 7/15/19. I gave them the promo I saw and they said OK and put my order through with no further questions. Upon delivery I was charged near $20 what I should of been. I called this particular location again at approximately 7:49pm and talked with the woman on the line, who seemingly thought it was funny. Next I called the corporate line to get charged the amount that was agreed upon the original phone call, only after threatening to dispute the charge with my bank. I was promised to be credited "within 3 days..." Save yourself the the time and hassle and order decent pizza with the respectable...
