I really wanted to hate this place, I did, and I realize that makes me the problem, it's me.

On its surface, 5 Points seems like a boujee, upper class restaurant specifically catered to people deeply concerned about avoiding seed oils and keeping up with the most recent dietary fad...I am here to say that appearances can be deceiving. While the menu seems themed towards a somewhat pricey farm to table aesthetic, I have never been served a bad meal here.

Not only have I not been served a bad meal, each dish has been perfectly composed and had insanely delicious flavor, texture and heart. You can really tell how much they care about executing the food and the drinks here. I find this to be a quality deserving of the highest praise in a restaurant.

We've been working our way through the menu and while everything is delicious there are been some phenomenal stand outs: the french fries shatter in your mouth and are perfectly seasoned, the burger sauce is tangy while maintaining an umami backbone, the beet sandwich is one of the most impressive sandwiches I've had the pleasure of eating, the Ranch Hand salad is perfection...I think about it all the time, and please do not skip the empanadas or the chili crisp focaccia when you visit. You deserve to have nice things in your life.

In addition to the delicious food, the bar program sings. They have an excellent coffee program, the cocktails are balanced and well crafted, and they have a wonderful natural wine selection.

To wrap it all up nicely, they have a delightfully lovely staff. They are warm, thoughtful, funny and they are professionals in their craft. We genuinely look forward to seeing everyone when we go in there.

So yes, I can admit when I am out of line and the preconceived notions I had about this place were unfounded. I take delight in having been soundly and deftly proven to be wrong. This restaurant deserves all the love and support in the world and I hope you get the opportunity to...

Will not be back. So disappointed. Felt unwanted and uncared about the whole time. Like being a McDonald's customer. So sad. Would give 2 stars if prices were a little lower, but higher standards come with higher prices. SERVICE. Allison was our server. She never seemed invested. Like what you think of for a server at Dennys. We were just another inconveniece in her work day. She never checked in afte food came. Next time we saw her was when check came. We had many issues with the food, but no one gave a darn. Here is what we ordered. (1) HUEVOS RANCHEROS. Visually well-composed. Lovely plating. And that's where the love ends. They opt for tortillas on the bottom. I generally prefer on-the-side because most places are not skilled enough to prevent mushy tortillas. Guess what? There were mushy gross tortillas on the bottom. Surprise! Not. Tasted each element separately. Egg was spongy overcooked. Beans were too al dente and had no seasoning of their own. Pork tasted like generic grocery store pork (tough, stringy, bland seasoning). The ranchero sauce was quite good. Bold and flavorful. Nice balance of spicy and tomato. However, given that everything else was bland, the sauce overtook the dish. This has potential to be a wonderful dish of complimentary flavors, but it was just a big plate of ranchero soup with lumps of unflavored "other." (2) BUTTERNUT SQUASH. It brought to the table cold. The squash and the puree essentially unseasoned. The puree was a beatiful color, but to unskilled preparation, it came off as Gerber baby food. Gross. (3) BACON. Average good. No complaints. (4) SIDE OF SCRAMBLED EGGS. Served cold. No seasoning. Tasted like egg. Unloved diner egg. Blah. (5) AMERICANO. Decent, but unremarkable in every way. (6) CAPPUCCINO. Same as Americano but worse. Foam had a weird congealed texture. Hopefully it shows in picture. Very strange. Choice of bean roast was too bright for cappuccino. Very bright, sharp, high acid light roast...

From the moment you arrive, you can feel the positive vibe from the entire staff. They’re super friendly and welcoming. As soon as you sit down, they walk you through the menu — they tell you about the house specialties, the dish of the day, and what’s been the most popular breakfast item that week. You can tell they truly know and have tasted what they’re recommending.

I highly recommend coming here for breakfast. The menu is minimalistic, but every dish is crafted with incredible attention to detail and quality. The place is very clean, peaceful, and has a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. They also have an outdoor seating area with little tables and chairs — perfect for enjoying a coffee outside.

One thing I really appreciated was how the team’s passion shines through. They’re not just reading the menu to you — they genuinely care about what they’re serving, and you can feel it.

On this visit, I ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict. The presentation was impeccable: it came with a fresh salad dressed with a house-made balsamic vinaigrette, a delicious potato cake with mustard seeds, and the main event — two perfectly poached eggs on a house-made bread (light, airy, and perfectly baked), topped with a rich, creamy hollandaise sauce and high-quality smoked salmon. Everything was beautifully balanced in flavor and texture.

The coffee was excellent too, and the service was quick without ever feeling rushed. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxed breakfast, whether you’re with a partner or family.

Without a doubt, highly recommended — not just for the food, but for the...

If you’re looking for a spot that embodies the perfect blend of delicious food and laid-back ambiance, look no further than Five Points Market & Restaurant. My recent visit was nothing short of delightful, starting with the star of the meal—a burger that was nothing short of spectacular. The burger was expertly crafted with in-house made brioche buns that were soft yet sturdy enough to hold the juicy patty and fresh toppings. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly complemented by the correctly prepared fries. These fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and when dipped in the burger sauce, they reached a whole new level of amazing. It’s the kind of combination that keeps you coming back for more. To wash it all down, I ordered a Tom Collins cocktail that was made to perfection. Refreshing with just the right balance of sweetness and citrus, it paired beautifully with my meal and added to the overall experience. The ambiance at Five Points is incredibly chill, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. The inviting decor, coupled with a large selection of wine on the shelf, creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages you to linger a little longer. Plus, if you're looking to take a piece of the experience home, they offer some great merchandise like hats and t-shirts that make for perfect souvenirs. Overall, Five Points Market & Restaurant successfully combines fantastic food, a relaxed vibe, and excellent drink options. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone in search of a great burger experience. I will definitely be back for more!
