We loved it!! It's in Armory park in a very cool part of town--the build out is exceptional and very well done--lots of seating and a great bar. You can order at the window or if you sit at the bar--you can order at the bar. Salads are enormous--prices are great!! We had pizza and beer--the pizza was very good--need about one more minute in the oven--but really the crust is very light and delish. The toppings are very generous whatever you pick. We especially enjoyed all the different beer offerings from local breweries. Great concept and I hope it takes off--location is fabulous to down town. Will definitely go back!!

Visiting Tucson over the weekend, we happened upon Ugly But Honest Pizzeria on the corner of the Five Points district. Their indoor/outdoor seating(w heat lamps), inviting outdoor bar(w TV screen), and general fun vibe drew us in. We ordered the Greek & Caesar salads, a basket of wings & a Company combo pizza. Their East Coast style pizza was friggin amazing 😍- high quantity ingredients, perfectly chewy but crispy crust, topped w plenty of meats & veggies. Heaven!! The salad & wings were also good but the pizza was some of the best I've ever had. Would definitely go back.

The pizza was vary good! The bottom of the pie was crispy and it was served hot. We ordered the Company Combo and we could see 2 or 3 bell peppers, and 2 mushrooms. It seemed there were a few more vegetables under the toppings. The sausage has great flavor, a little spicy but I really liked them. I really loved the sauce, it has several chunks of tomatoes, so yummy. I also got a Mexican Lager, and it was all pricey. Overall, good but pricey. FYI - Only street parking. Order at the bar, no table service.

Awesome experience! Pizza is a big splurge for me, which makes me extremely discerning. That discernment is even more pronounced when it comes to ordering slices. They are typically overcooked and bland, so by and large, I don't order them.

Coming home after a run in the 'hood, however, I decided to give Ugly but Honest a try. I got a classic pepperoni and mushroom slice and a salad. Omg!

The pizza was out of this world! Service was spot on and the outdoor seating was refreshing and fun. Just the thing for a post-run recovery meal.

The only thing I would suggest is for the Greek Salad: please use authentic Greek (Kalamata) olives instead of what I call "taco" olives (the typical waxy ones often put on pizzas.) Otherwise, I have zero complaints

Oh! Heads up - the slices and the salads are HUGE! They can be easily split...

im giving an over all 4 star. food tasted great. but a few things. 1st and most importantly. mistake on the pizza! fairly minor. since over all it was nearly correct. but i asked for pepperoni and extra cheese. got extra cheese no pepperoni. 😐 so he added the pepperoni. but service takes a hit for mistakes. he corrected it without issue. but still. extra wait time. also. for this time of year. it would be terrible to eat there. as its mostly outdoor seating. so flies were annoying. my order was to go. but misters system spraying water. mixed with food. sounds like a bad thing imo. that said. with the order fixed and taken home. me and my wife both agree. very good pizza. the sauce was excellent. the cheese a slight bit rubbery. but thats likely from 20 minute drive home. 😅 over all. pretty good experience. but could...

Food was such a disappointment. I ordered wings for 18$ and only got 7 wings. Also not to mention that I paid 25$ for a 6 sliced pizza. The only thing I could say was remotely good was the garlic bread. There soda options were limited and the sprite was bad and when asked to change they changed it and it still was just straight carbonation. Also not to mention when I used the restroom there was feces on the wall and toilet seat. I’m pregnant and almost slipped on feces. Therefore I was not able to use the bathroom. I was there for about an hour and none of the employees tried cleaning it up. I guess I could only say there “ugly but honest” was true to its word But spending almost 70$ is ridiculous. By far one of the worst pizza places. Glad I tried it so now I know to never...
