Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

Just tried to order food for my family at this location using their online app. It gives some info on what stage the order is in (processing, baking, out for delivery, etc.). I ordered at 12:15 PM and was quoted a 13 to 28 minute wait. At about 12:50 PM, the order was marked as delivered. I called the store and asked what happened, because my order was not delivered to me. The girl told me that my order was still on its way, really quickly, and obviously without checking anything. I was ok with waiting, if my pizza hadn't been given to someone else (it was paid for including the tip). She assured me it hadn't been. I waited for 15 more minutes, no pizza. I called back, and the girl immediately got rude with me. Her name is Deanna....and apparently she's the manager there! She told me over and over again, almost to a nonsensicle point that she didn't control the online app. When I told her I didn't need her to control anything other than her driver, she said her driver was on his way - again. When I asked her to tell me which cross streets he was at, she said she didn't have a tracker on her driver. Which immediately made me question how she KNEW he was still on his way to my house. I told her to just cancel my order and provide a refund. She tried to argue with me, but I just reiterated to her to give me a refund, and to have a nice day, and I ended the call. I got curious about how long it would take for the refund to be issued, and hadn't known I was previously speaking to a manager, so I wanted to find out about the refund and try to talk to a manager. I recorded this phone call. When I got to the first AVR, it was redirected, and the message stated "We are forwarding your call to our manager immediately.' So, silly me, I assumed the different lady (Vineishia) who picked up was the manager and started speaking to her about what had recently happened. She told me she was new, and that the lady Deanna, who I was speaking with before was actually the manager. Long story short, the 'management' here are thieves, they delivered my pizza to the wrong house and wouldn't admit it. Someone got free pizza on me, and there is Deanna, laughing it off (I have the recorded audio), and telling me that it's going to take up to 7 business days for them to return my money. Don't waste your time with...

Poor Business Services... I called here earlier this afternoon, asking if they delivered to a specific location, woman responded with a yes, so i started my order provided an address, i let the woman know that i live out of state and the order was for a family member, and i put the purchase on my debt card, i was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes, ok, so a little over an hour passes by, i get a phone call from my family asking were is the pizza. I called Dominoes, i got a young man, he told me the order was for carry out, and he was able to change it to deliver but i have to pay the charge, there was no way of waiving this fee even though it was an error made by the previous lady, before i paid the delivery fee, i asked how long will it take, he said he would deliver it would be 7mins, i called my family and informed them of the status of pizza, 30 min later, i received a call saying my family still had NOT received their pizza. I Called Dominoes got the same lady she said my pizza was still there, i asked if i was going to get it for free or something cause my family has been waiting for two hours, i told her im pretty the pizzas cold. She apologized and admitted in putting carryout by mistake, she placed me hold and came back on the phone saying they were unable to do anything since I ordered carryout and changed it, so i canceled because i was very upset how it was handled, woman is obviously trying to cover her tush, and switched her story with the management, but i am not pay $25 for pizza that is cold, late and i am definitely not giving my money to a business that has...

I placed an order on 5/27/2020, to be delivered, it took a long time to get order, but I understood, and the young man who, made the delivery was so very nice. However my order was not what I ordered I ordered a medium pizza with Pepperoni sausage double sausage, Light sauce, and garlic knots, and Their cinnamon knots, well both garlic and cinnamon knots, were both just dry breads nothing on them, the pizza was very cold, lots of sauce and hardly had any sausage. I called and they were willing to deliver the order again, but it was already so late, so the manager said I could, call the next day and have it delivered again, or I can go in and pick it up, since I worked the next day I said I'd go pick it up, however I was never able to get ahold of the manager again.. I would just be put on hold and left on hold.. very...
